Evaluation On The Development Level Of High-end Energy And Chemical Industry In Shaanxi Province

As the pillar industry of Shaanxi,the energy and chemical industry plays a decisive role in the development of the national economy.Promoting the high-end development of theenergy and chemical industry is not only a requirement of industrial transformation andupgrading,but also a key link to promote the high-quality development of economic and social society in Shaanxi.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of existing research results and related theories,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,the development level of Shaanxi energy and chemical industry,in order to make up for the shortage of the development of energy and chemical industry,provide suggestions for the development of energy and chemical industry,has important theoretical and practical significance.Using the theoretical methods of industrial economics,energy industry engineering,sustainable development,technological innovation,econometrics and statistics,the paper conducts systematic research and development of energy and chemical industry:(1)Through field research and extensive data collection,the resources,parks and projects.(2)Referring to the existing research results,consider the characteristics and data availability,construct the evaluation index system for high-end development level following the evaluation index system.After comprehensive comparison,the entropy entropy-TOPSIS model and obstacle identification model are constructed.(3)High-end development level evaluation and obstacle identification of Shaanxi energy and chemical industry.Using the entropy-TOPSIS model,the high-end development level of energy and chemical industry in Shaanxi and Northern Shaanxi,Central Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi are analyzed from industrial scale,industrial innovation ability,industrial economic benefit,industrial environmental protection level and industrial structure and the first-level indicators and secondary obstacles in Shaanxi,Central Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi.(4)Based on the evaluation and obstacle identification results,the high-end development policy system of energy and chemical industry in Shaanxi Province was constructed,and it put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-end development of energy and chemical industries in northern Shaanxi,Central Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi.Through the above research,in order to enrich and improve the evaluation method and systematic analysis theoretical framework of energy and chemical industry,effectively boost the high-end development of energy and chemical industry in Shaanxi,and provide some reference for relevant government departments to formulate high-end development policies and measures of energy and chemical industry.
