Research On The Reliability Of Employees' Safety Behavior In Coal Enterprises Based On Safety Atmosphere

Coal, as China’s main energy, is the foundation of the national economy and social development. The production and consumption share of coal in Chinahas always been the rate about 70%.Coal is still the main source of China’s energyby 2050 according to a statistic, therefore, the sustained and stable development of coal industrymust be ensured.However, accidents happened in coal industry still appears frequently, and about six thousand coal workers lose their lives every year in China, and the number is more than four times as many as in world’s major coal-producing countries.Among the accidents, these caused by workers’ unsafe act accounts for more than 80%, which will severely restrict the sound development of coal industry in China.If the causes that lead to the accidents caused by coal industrial workers’ unsafe act can be found out, an important significance will be made in the control and elimination of the unsafe act, so as tothe preventionof accidentsforcoal enterprises.In view of this, this paper, combined with the actual situations of coal enterprises in China and on the basis of the related theory on unsafe act, proposed the safety climate factors that influence the reliability of the coal industrial workers’safety act. This paper focused on the influence mechanism made by enterprises’safety climate on the reliability of workers’ safety act, and the structure models of safety climate and reliability of safety act were respectively built. Sample data in this research were mainly obtained by several steps, which contains the document retrieval, the feedback of survey interview, the analysis of survey content, the theoretical research and analysis and son on. Effectiveness of the questionnaires in this research were tested by the reliability and validity analysis. The influence model of safety climate on the reliability of safety act was set up by the structural equation model, and then the structural equation software was used to fit and evaluate the model, finally the influence factor model of the reliability of safety act under the influence of coal enterprises’ safety climate was set up.Through the research in this paper, a conclusion was given below:the security commitment, the security policy, the security exchange and the behaviors of superintendents will indirectly affect the reliability of safety act of the front-line workers through coal enterprises’management. And among which, the security commitment owns the largest impact on the reliability of safety act of workers; the security policy and the security exchange will indirectly affect the reliability by affecting workers’psychological and physiological conditions; the security exchange between colleagues also have some influences on the reliability.
