High-speed railways have gradually become the preferred mode of transportation for people to travel with the advantages of convenience,speed,comfort,and high stability.At the same time,however,due to the fast speed,strong closure,and large passenger flow of high-speed railways,life and property are easily lost in the event of a traffic failure or emergency.Therefore,the safety of high-speed railways has always been the focus of social concern.While accelerating the construction of the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network and improving the passenger transport capacity,it is also necessary to strengthen the management of safety risks,establish a complete safety risk assessment system,and improve the level of safety management for high-speed railways.Based on this,this thesis takes Jinha High-speed Railway as an example,deeply analyzes the driving accident factors in High-speed Railway,establishes a safety risk assessment model,and puts forward effective opinions and measures for system safety management and control.The work of this thesis is as follows: First,the author consults literature and data to understand the current situation of high-speed railway safety management at home and abroad,counts major railway casualties at home and abroad,explores accident causation theory and models,and summarizes the procedures and methods of safety risk assessment;Second,by combining the operating characteristics of Jinha High-speed Railway,FTA analysis of driving failures,accident cases,etc,this thesis summarizes the four major factors of personnel,equipment and facilities,environment and management as risk factors that affect the safety of Jinha High-speed Railway driving accidents;Finally,by constructing the safety risk assessment model of Jinha High-speed Railway,and combining Delphi method and structural entropy measure to calculate indicator weights,this thesis determines the risk level of each indicator and the overall system via expert questionnaire method and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and obtains the evaluation results.They have shown that management has the lowest score,which urgently needs to be improved by corresponding measures.Taking Jinha High-speed Railway as the research object,starting from the perspective of security risk assessment,combining accident causation theory and safety management theory,and applying fault tree analysis method,Delphi method,structural entropy measure,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this thesis conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the high-speed railway system,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on the safety management model,which aims to improve the safety management level and efficiency of China’s high-speed railway system,and promote the better and faster development of China’s high-speed railway industry. |
