Research On The Coordinated Development Of Regional Tourism Eco-efficiency And Economy

The promotion of the implementation of the regionally coordinated development strategy is not only an important strategic mission of our country,but also a guideline for the promotion of the implementation of the regionally coordinated development.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is not only the core of my country’s economy,it is also an obstacle to protecting my country’s vital ecological security and has far-reaching implications for the coordinated development of the region.In recent years,the Yangtze River Economic Belt has relied on the emergence of new forms of business to put its tourism industry in the fast lane and achieve historic success in economic development.At the same time,however,there are also many problems in the region such as regional development imbalances and deterioration of the ecological environment.The ecological efficiency of tourism is an important indicator for measuring the level of regional coordination and sustainable development.The study of the coordinated relationship between it and the level of economic development is of great importance in promoting regional tourism and social development.By combing the relevant research on tourism ecological efficiency,tourism ecological environment and economic development,and regional coordinated development,it is found that scholars’ research on tourism ecology and economic development mainly stays at the coupling and coordination relationship between "tourism-ecology-economy",and at present Most of his research focuses on micro-regions such as provinces or cities,and there are few researches on tourism ecology and economic development from the perspective of mesoregional research.Therefore,based on previous research experience and later in-depth explorations,this study takes 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research objects,and evaluates the ecological efficiency of tourism,economic development level and the coordination relationship between the two in the region from 2010 to 2018 The analysis of time and space evolution,and then put forward the coordinated development strategy of tourism eco-efficiency and economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.This research is divided into seven parts: First,it introduces the background,purpose,significance,content and methods of the research,clarifies the research ideas,technical routes and possible innovations;second,reviews relevant domestic research literature and analyzes Research status,explaining theoretical basis and literature review;third,introducing the research area,constructing models and indicator systems;fourth,exploring the Yangtze River Economic Belt through the SBM model,Malmquist index,standard deviation ellipse and center of gravity model of undesired output Analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of tourism eco-efficiency and analyze the influencing factors;fifth,use the SPSS18.0data statistical analysis software,use the entropy TOPSIS method and the Arc GIS natural fracture method to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of the economic development level;sixth,use the coordination degree model Analyze the degree of coordination between the two in time and space and propose a coordinated development optimization strategy.Seventh,combine the above analysis to draw research conclusions and look forward to the future.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the past nine years,the general eco-efficiency of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Zone has shown an upward trend,and the overall condition is good.The trend to change the eco-efficiency of tourism in the lower reaches is essentially the same as that of the whole Yangtze economic belt.The eco-efficiency of tourism in the middle reaches of the economic belt of the Yangtze is showing an undulating upward trend.and the upper course shows a wave-like decline.Big.The average value of the eco-efficiency of tourism in the Yangtze economic belt shows the regional characteristics of the lower reaches of the Yangtze economic belt(0.976)> upstream(0.899)> medium flow(0.849).The total factor productivity increased by an average of 13% per year,and the ecological efficiency of tourism remained essentially steady in the upward trend,the purely technical efficiency decreased by an average of 1.2% per year,and the rate of decline was relatively slow,the rate of growth of economies of scale in different provinces and cities,the share was 4.2%,and economies of scale have not yet been achieved.Development from the whole The eco-efficiency of tourism can regularly be divided into three phases: early wave-like increase,medium-term high-speed growth,and late growth with low efficiency.With regard to the spatial distribution,the characteristics of the spatial development are obvious,with the overall focus shifting to the east,with a V-shaped development characteristic in the distribution area and a distribution pattern "northeastsouthwest" in the area.The economies of scale of the Yangtze River Economic Zone have been improved.The scale efficiency plays a leading role in the temporal and spatial differences in the ecological efficiency of tourism,and the purely technical efficiency plays a supporting role.(2)Over the past nine years,the economic development level of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has shown a steady upward trend with large differences between the regions with an average value between 0.055 and 0.790.The areas have strong economic growth potential,and the economy is relatively low.The development speed of the developed regions is slowing down.According to the curve trend of the Comprehensive Level of Economic Development Index,11 provinces and cities can be divided into three types: slow rise,slow fall and steady development.In terms of space,the high-level areas are in a "singlecore" structure,the medium-level areas are in a "band" distribution,and the low-level areas are in a "multi-core" structure Average score of the comprehensive index of economic development lies in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(0.549)and is higher than the mean current(0.198),and the mean current is higher than the mean current(0.142).The three main regions have significant spatial differences.Human factors,physical geography,industrial structure and government policies are the factors influencing the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.(3)In the last nine years,the average value of the degree of coordination between the ecological efficiency of tourism and the economic development level of the Yangtze economic zone has shown an undulating upward trend,which is reflected in the change trend "increasing"decreasing-increasing-decreasing-increasing "and the Degree of coordination between provinces and cities varies.The average value of the degree of coordination of the three regions shows the development characteristics of "the lower Yangtze(0.757)> the middle region of the Yangtze(0.436)> the upper region of the Yangtze(0.324)".In In terms of spatial distribution,the altitude and the higher degree of coordination are mainly distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The spatial pattern of provinces and cities has less development and the spatial distribution of coordination between provinces and cities is quite different ecological efficiency The rate of tourism correlates to some extent with the level of regional economic development.The higher the level of economic development,the stronger the coordination between the ecological efficiency of tourism and economic development and vice versa.(4)Based on the actual situation of tourism ecological development and the economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,this study proposes the coordinated development strategy for the ecological efficiency of tourism and the economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone from two perspectives: the total area and the three Main regions of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.
