Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Report

With the rapid economic development,my country’s ecological environment protection is facing serious environmental pollution,increasingly tight resources,and ecosystem degradation.The deterioration of the ecological environment has increasingly highlighted the urgency of the construction of ecological civilization.Since the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of ecological civilization in 2007,the construction of ecological civilization has entered the level of national development strategy and top-level system design.Since Hainan proposed the establishment of an "ecological province" in 1998,it has continuously strengthened the construction of ecological civilization.In 2019,the Party Central Committee supported Hainan to build a national ecological civilization experimental zone,and the construction of Hainan’s ecological civilization has risen to the national development strategy.In the future,the construction of ecological civilization will become one of the key construction directions of Hainan Province,and the promotion of ecological civilization construction will need to play the role of the media.Therefore,the report on the construction of ecological civilization in Hainan is worthy of discussion and research.Based on environmental communication theory and news discourse analysis,this article uses content analysis and discourse analysis to study reports on Hainan’s ecological civilization construction from 2008 to 2019 in Hainan Daily.It focuses on analyzing the content and form characteristics of the report on the construction of ecological civilization,as well as the discourse style and characteristics of the report.At the same time,it discusses the factors that affect the characteristics and discourse style of the report,analyzes the existing problems and gives suggestions for improvement.The research found that Hainan Daily’s reports on the construction of Hainan’s ecological civilization are mainly distributed in the comprehensive,front page,and news pages of Hainan News.The report genre is mainly news,and the report form is mainly written.The ecological environment has become the focus of its reports.Mainly self-acquisition,tend to use official sources,mainly positive reports,political framework dominates.In terms of the style and characteristics of the report’s discourse,after research,the report text structure of the Hainan Daily concerning the construction of Hainan’s ecological civilization presents a "total-point" inverted pyramid structure.It uses metaphors,quotations,personifications and other rhetorical techniques to enrich expressions and become popular.And politicized expression are the characteristics of its most basic discourse style.Through the analysis of samples,this article summarizes and summarizes its report content characteristics and discourse style,discusses that its report content characteristics and discourse style are affected by political,economic,and media attributes,and finally analyzes its existing problems,and at the same time from the report content,Form,and social participation made suggestions for improvement.Innovation:1.This study takes Hainan’s ecological civilization construction report as the research object and summarizes the content and discourse characteristics of Hainan’s ecological civilization construction report.2.The research sample time span is as long as 11 years.The research method adopts a mixed research path,combining content analysis and discourse analysis to study the dynamic and static characteristics of the Hainan Daily’s ecological civilization construction report.
