The Research Of Some Issues On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In China

As was put forward in the 18 th CPC National congress, we make our effort to realize “the most beautiful China Dream”. Since we mainly carry out our ecological civilization in the rural areas, naturally, the rural environment protection has become a significant and difficult part in the so-called “three rural” work. Rural pollution emissions have accounted for “the half of the China”. Therefore, to improve the level of rural ecological civilization is an important step on the way to “China Dream”. Strengthening the construction of rural ecological environment protection plays an active part in building new socialist countryside. The result of the rural ecological civilization construction is directly relevant to famers who can live and work in peace and contentment, to agriculture and the countryside which can maintain a sustainable development and to the masses who can enjoy a healthy and happy life.It gives an in-depth analysis of the problems appearing in the construction of rural ecological civilization in the new stage and also does a further research into the reasons. Besides, based on the main content at present, the paper puts forward policies that are beneficial to the faster and better development of the rural ecological civilization construction. The paper consists of six parts.In the first part, the introduction shows us background and significance of the research, as well as the present situation at home and abroad, and the main contents and approaches. In the second part, the paper presents us the concept of the rural ecological civilization construction and the theories it is based on. Apart from summarizing the achievements before, it also dig into the problems behind the achievements. As for the fourth part, the paper analyzes problems listed above. Then based on the problems, it analyzes reasons resulting in the problems from the perspectives of economy, the government and socioculture. On the basis of the connotation of rural ecological civilization, the fifth part discusses the main contents of the rural ecological civilization construction, combining with the actual situation of rural development. In the last part, the paper offers the security measures of the rural ecological civilization construction. According to the principle of theory with practice, it suggests the ways to strengthen the rural ecological civilization construction from the aspects of the legal security, financial security, technological and cultural security.
