Study On The Green Development Of Grain Planting Industry In Heilongjiang

The green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province is related to the province’s agricultural modernization and the realization of long-term agricultural development goals,and then affects the comprehensive and high-quality development of Heilongjiang Province.Through the research on the factors of green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province,it is expected to provide regional theoretical guidance for the green development of grain planting industry.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly includes the basis of setting up the topic,the status quo of research at home and abroad,the main research content,research methods and technical route.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the two concepts of grain planting industry and green development of grain planting industry.Based on the three theories of sustainable development,circular economy and public goods,the paper elaborates on the theoretical level.The third chapter introduces the current situation and problems of the green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.It introduces the current situation of the green production scale of grain,conservation tillage,water resources utilization,fertilizer and pesticide application,straw yield and utilization,agricultural film input recovery and agricultural green development level in Heilongjiang Province.Five problems were sorted out,such as weak production water control ability,not obvious negative growth of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and low utilization rate of straw resource utilization.The fourth chapter is the establishment and AHP model of the green development index system of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.The standard and basis of the index system are established,and the index system of green development of grain planting industry is established.The historical data of green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province are calculated and the model results are analyzed by using the AHP model.In the fifth chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province are put forward from four aspects,such as strengthening the construction of high-standard farmland and promoting the comprehensive use of straw.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole text.This paper draws four conclusions: First,Heilongjiang Province is the main grain producing area in China,so it is an inevitable choice to continue to do a good job in grain production.Under the current national high-quality development background with green development as the connotation,it is the right value orientation for Heilongjiang Province’s grain planting industry to take the green development path.Second,Heilongjiang Province has rich resources,mature green production experience,solid green technology support and green grain planting foundation,all of which are important foundations for promoting the green development of grain planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,Heilongjiang Province is facing many problems in the process of promoting the green development of grain planting industry.The main performance is as follows: the production water control ability is weak,the negative growth of chemical fertilizer and pesticide is not obvious,the utilization rate of straw resource utilization needs to be improved,the residual film recovery and centralized treatment rate is low.Thirdly,AHP method was used to draw a conclusion that in the process of green development of grain cultivation in Heilongjiang Province,high standard farmland construction,soil and water protection,weight loss and drug reduction,agricultural film recycling and straw recycling should be formed in the work sequence.Fourthly,in order to better promote the green development of grain planting in Heilongjiang Province,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of high-standard farmland,improve the protection and utilization of black land resources,strengthen the protection and utilization of water resources,appropriately reduce weight and medicine,promote the comprehensive utilization of straw and agricultural film recycling and centralized treatment.
