The Green Food And The Analysis Of Agricultural Environment

Based on sustainable development, ecological balanced agriculture and green food is being developed in China. Due to its characteristic of unpolluted, safety, high quality and nutrition, agriculture environment analysis is very important in green food development. Heavy metal pollution is one of the items in environment monitoring. In this paper, linear sweep voltammetry was used in NH4Ac-CH3CH2OH-cupferron solution to analyzing lead, cadmium and nickel with agricultural samples. The result showed that the content of the target element was lower than that set for green food, plant mainly absorbed heavy metal through root from soil. Others also affected heavy metal content in plant such as different plant, different metal, the way of the assimilation, growing period, and so on.The working solution was simple and the instruments were easy to conduct. The method should be a good choice for rapid analysis.
