| The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s economy,which occupies an important position in the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle,and has made an important contribution to promoting economic shift growth and stimulating employment.At the 75 th UN General Assembly,General Secretary Xi pointed out that the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing should be established in the industrial reform.Under the guidance of this concept,the construction industry has also determined the direction of industrialization and intelligent development.Prefabricated building is an important measure and means to implement building industrialization because of its advantages of saving resources and energy,reducing construction pollution and improving labor production efficiency.Especially under the full support and guidance of government policies at all levels,prefabricated building has been in a high-speed development stage.There are many differences between the traditional construction project and the traditional construction project.In order to avoid accidents and consider the knowledge intensive characteristics of risk management,the knowledge-based "risk prevention" risk management mode will become the future development trend.In this study,BIM,ontology and other new information technology are applied to the safety risk management of prefabricated construction.With the help of BIM,all kinds of information and knowledge related to the safety risk management described by ontology are integrated.Based on the Revit platform,the safety risk management interactive system is designed to provide information and knowledge for safety risk decision-making in time,so as to realize the informatization and intellectualization of safety risk management.Firstly,through literature analysis,the framework of safety risk management system for prefabricated construction is constructed,which is composed of work activities,risk factors,risk accidents and pre control measures.Based on the data of accident cases and investigation interviews,WBS,literature analysis,association rules,grounded theory and statistical analysis are comprehensively applied to specify the structure of the system framework.The w set of work activities including design stage,production stage,transportation stage,installation stage and its eight sub activities is defined,including human factors,material factors,technical factors and environmental factors The F set is composed of element sum management factors and its 33 sub factors,including a set composed of six types of risk accidents such as lifting injury and falling from height and M set composed of five types of pre control measures.The mapping relationship between the sets is defined with the support of association rules greater than 10%,and the construction safety risk management system structure is established.Secondly,on the basis of construction safety risk management system structure and ontology theory,the related scope and professional field of construction safety risk ontology are determined.By analyzing the structure expression characteristics of standard terms,the rules of ontology class acquisition and structure level definition are clarified.According to the rules,the ontology terms are extracted,clustered and expanded from the standard norms.Finally,according to the rules,the ontology terms are extracted,clustered and expanded Based on the improved seven step ontology modeling method,a prefabricated building safety risk ontology model and knowledge base are constructed,which includes five top-level classes and their subclasses,including engineering project,construction activities,risk information,risk status and pre control measures,and the object-oriented and data-oriented attributes and attribute constraints of the class.Then,the safety risk rules are extracted from the standard provisions and mined from the accident cases with the help of concept lattice,and a safety risk rule base including risk subject,risk identification conditions,risk events and preventive measures is built.Using semantic reasoning language SWRL,SWRLTab plug-in and drools reasoning engine,the automatic risk reasoning function based on knowledge base and risk rule base in prot é g é platform is realized.Finally,the intelligent risk management logic model integrating BIM Technology and ontology technology and the mapping mechanism between them are defined.The detection algorithm is written in Java language to realize the mapping from IFC file of BIM to owl file of ontology,and the transformation from component information of BIM model to ontology instance and instance attribute is completed.On this basis,the mechanism and method of calling ontology model to intelligently identify two different types of risks in the design stage of static prefabricated components and the construction stage of dynamic work activities under BIM environment are studied.The risk intelligent management system is established by using C # language for the secondary development of Revit software,so as to realize the visualization,automation and intelligent management of safety risks in the design stage and construction stage of prefabricated buildings,And then improve the accuracy of safety risk management,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing safety accidents and improving the level of safety risk management of prefabricated
