With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of new urbanization,the traditional building model is difficult to adapt to the needs of transformation and upgrading of modern construction industry,and the assembly-type building has become the core of the modernization of construction industry.Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings are faced with severe challenges due to lack of experience and imperfect technology.In the aspect of safety management,prefabricated buildings involve multiple processes such as design,production,transportation,storage,hoisting,lofting measurement and connection of prefabricated components,which are prone to overlapping safety risks due to the existence of parallel construction in multi-dimensional space.Construction safety management is to ensure the progress and quality of the project under the premise of effective prevention of accidents,is the foundation of construction projects and projects with social and economic benefits of the important guarantee.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of prefabricated buildings to study the construction safety risks in each stage.Firstly,the paper establishes the safety risk factor index system and interpretive structure model of PC component assembly in prefabricated building.Through reading and sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,to establish a full cognition of relevant theories.Through literature research,the safety risk factors of PC components in prefabricated buildings at different stages of transportation,storage and hoisting are analyzed and summarized.And identify and summarize the security risk factors from different angles,summarize the risk list and establish the index system.According to the results of expert interviews,the influence relationship table of safety risk factors at transportation,storage and hoisting stages was established.The causal hierarchy relationship among risk factors was constructed by interpreting the structural model,and the safety risk topology model at each stage was obtained.It lays a foundation for the establishment of Bayesian network model.Secondly,establish Bayesian network model and model analysis.The questionnaire survey was scored according to the probability of occurrence of risk factors and the degree of harm by Likert five-star scale,and the statistics were carried out according to the risk matrix diagram.The data set was imported into the Bayesian network structure model in Ge NIe software for parameter learning,and then a complete construction safety risk Bayesian network model of PC components in prefabricated buildings was obtained.Then,reverse reasoning and the most general cause chain analysis are carried out on the safety risks existing in the assembly process of PC components in prefabricated buildings to reveal the mechanism of the factors affecting the construction safety risk at each stage,and corresponding risk management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Finally,combined with the actual case,the empirical analysis.The node parameters of the Bayesian network model are modified according to the actual situation of the case,and the feasibility of the Bayesian network model is further demonstrated on the basis of clarifying the key factors of security risks in the hoisting stage.In short,this paper summarizes a series of safety risk factors for PC component assembly construction in prefabricated buildings,and combines interpretive structural model with Bayesian network to establish a set of safety risk management model conforming to the characteristics of PC component assembly construction in prefabricated buildings.Through model analysis,high risk factors in each stage are determined.Targeted safety risk management countermeasures are proposed to reduce safety risks of assembly type building construction,the study further enriched the existing research results of assembly type building safety risk management,help improve people’s cognition of assembly type building safety risks,establish risk early warning mechanism and preventive measures,thus promoting the healthy and steady development of assembly type building in our country.
