Research On The Improvement Of Safety Accident Prevention Ability Of Urban Public Works

With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,There are more and more urban public works construction in China.The construction of roads,Bridges,buildings and other projects is in full swing.At present,production safety accidents often occur,the situation of production safety is still grim,which seriously affect the stable development of China’s society.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Our country attaches great importance to the prevention and control of production safety accidents,Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to production safety and emphasized the importance of paying attention to production safety and stabilizing the situation of production safety for many times.However,according to statistics,the current safety situation in China is still grim and production safety accidents frequently occur,which seriously affect the stable development of China’s society.Especially with the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization construction,China’s urban public works construction is also more and more,all over the highway,bridge,construction and other projects are in full swing,do a good job of public works safety work is imperative.In recent years,along with our country of safety in production of attaches great importance to research and exploration,has formed a series of research achievements on safety production,from production safety risk assessment,risk hidden perils to production safety management,safety accident of collaborative governance,etc.,for the current our country city public safety,ensure the safety of the project management provides a worthy reference.But at present,the study of the subject or more for safety engineering internal or external social risk management,risk control and urban public construction production safety accident prevention is not only a single level of governance,more need to think from a holistic view,the introduction of emergencies emergency management theory,from the perspective of governance to realize Combination of evaluation and prevention.Based on crisis management theory and life cycle theory,this study focuses on the research on the prevention and control capability of production safety accidents in urban public works in China.Based on the theory of accident causation,the main causes and forming mechanism of accidents in the process of safe production are explored,and the causes of accidents are clarified.At the same time,the current situation of prevention and control of production safety accidents in urban public works in China is analyzed and sorted out,including prevention and preparation mechanism,response and disposal mechanism,recovery and reconstruction mechanism,etc.In order to further explore in public construction safety control problems,through the safety accident cause factor of carding and related typical cases analysis,build the urban public construction production safety accident prevention ability evaluation index system,with P city as an example,Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process were used for comprehensive evaluation and analysis,it is concluded that P city public construction production safety accident prevention ability needs to be improved,and on the basis of the evaluation results,from the innovation of ideas,strengthen the awareness of security risks,improve the system,strengthen safety in production foundation,to carry out the responsibility,strengthen management,the safe production responsibility system is improved,improve emergency work actual effect of four ways,Suggestions are put forward to improve the prevention and control ability of work safety accidents in urban public works,and suggestions are put forward to continuously improve the prevention and control management of work safety accidents in urban public works in China.
