Research On Construction Of Emergency Management Prevention System In Chemical Industrial Park

Chemical industry occupies an important position in national economy,but at the same time,the chemical industry has the characteristics of pollution and high security risk,to reduce the chemical enterprise safety in production accident damage to people’s lives and property security,the provinces are vigorously promoting chemical enterprises into chemical industrial park,chemical industrial park become the gathering area of safety risks.In recent years,there have been many major production safety accidents in chemical industrial parks at home and abroad,which have caused great losses to the safety of people’s lives and property and caused great negative effects.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the prevention of production safety accidents from the source and strengthen the research on the construction of emergency management prevention system in chemical industrial parks.In recent years,with the development of the determination of chemical industrial park in Jiangxi province,the Yanshan industrial park are also actively developing the construction of emergency management prevention system in chemical industrial park and has obtained certain achievements,but there are also some problems,such as emergency plan is not perfect,insufficient investment in safety risk control,the mechanism of hidden trouble investigation governance and safety responsibility implementation is not sound,etc.These problems make the construction of Yanshan industrial park emergency management prevention system is not perfect,may lead to safety risks into safety accidents.This study taking Yanshan industrial park as an example,analysis the construction of chemical industrial park emergency management prevention system,based on accident-causing theory,crisis management theory,through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case research methods,write the paper according to the research ideas of raising,analyzing,and solving problems.This article first introduces the present situation of Yanshan industrial park emergency prevention management system construction,objective analysis the problems and deep cause from the aspects of emergency plan,hidden trouble investigation governance,safety risk control,and implementation of safety responsibility,combining with the mature and feasible experience in emergency management of chemical industrial park at home and abroad,puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems of the emergency management prevention system construction in Yanshan industrial park,to improve the emergency management prevention ability of Yanshan industrial park,and ensure the safe operation and sustainable and healthy development of its chemical industry park.
