Promoting prefabricated construction has become an important measure to improve the development of China’s construction industry.Compared to traditional cast-in-place construction, prefabricated construction with the characteristics of design by standardization, production in factory, construction by assembly, decoration by integration and management by informatization had many advantages which included saving energy, saving material, saving water, saving land and protecting environment.Prefabricated construction is not only the key to realize the sustainable development of construction industry, but also can improve the engineering quality, reduce the energy consumption of construction.Due to the characteristics of prefabricated construction, the risks which generated in different spaces would couply. The risks generated in the component production space and logistics transportation space would be transferred to the construction assembly space with prefabricated components as the risk carrier. This kind of phenomenon would aggravates the safety risks in the construction process.Considering the increasingly severe situation of safety management, how to solve the coupling of safety risk in multi-space construction of prefabricated constructions and provide effective strategies for construction safety risk management has become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to study the risk coupling of prefabricated constructions, this paper taked prefabricated components as the risk carrier to analyze the component production space, logistics transportation space and construction assembly space. On this basis,DEMATEL method was used to analyze the risks in different operating spaces and summarize the mechanism of action among risk factors.Based on the analysis results and combining with the characteristics of risk transmission in the operating space, the risk-coupled bayesian network model is established to analyze risk on the project and provide a basis for making risk management plans. The results of this paper showed that although the construction site was the main space where accidents happened of prefabricated buildings, safety risks often were the result of risk coupling caused by multiple working spaces. Therefore, for the safety risk control of prefabricated construction,we should start from the component production space, logistics transportation space and construction assembly space respectively. In component production space, component quality and production efficiency should be guaranteed. In the logistics transportation space,it is necessary to make reasonable transportation plan and ensure the transportation quality of components. In the construction assembly space, the quality of operators should be improved, the operating environment should be improved, and the control of hoisting equipment should be strengthened,so as to avoid the coupling effect of risks transferred to other working spaces and prevent the complication of risks.
