| Since Hainan took the lead in proposing the construction of an ecological province in 1999,the construction of ecological civilization has been at the forefront of the country. However, there are still problems in the construction of ecological environment, such as inadequate supervision, uneven distribution of environmental management facilities, inadequate and inadequate environmental management services. From the perspective of the public, this paper establishes the eco-sector public service satisfaction measure model(EPSI)and the assumptions of the influence variables.By obtaining questionnaires from seven counties and cities in Hainan Province, the data is obtained through the structural equation model path analysis.Path analysis chart and standardized parameter estimation of public service satisfaction of ecological environment;secondly, based on the path analysis chart of structural equation model, according to the factors affecting the satisfaction of various factors in the ecological environment public service according to the path analysis chart, this paper builds an important The sex-satisfaction matrix analyzes the observable structural variables, and obtains the importance of each observed variable in the public service satisfaction of Hainan Province, and lays a foundation for the improvement of the public service satisfaction of the ecological environment. Conclusions drawn from this paper are as follows: Firstly,Hainan Province’s Eco-Service Public Service Satisfaction Index Model(EPSI)mainly includes perceived environmental quality, perceived environmental protection work quality, perceived environmental protection work value, public complaints, public trust and public satisfaction. In six aspects, the observed variables of public service satisfaction in urban ecological environment in Hainan Province consist of six primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators.Secondly, through the use of Amos24.0 software to repeatedly correct the structural equation model of urban ecological environment public service satisfaction in Hainan Province, the results are obtained. The perceived environmental protection work quality has an impact on the perceived environmental quality, and the perceived environmental quality has a perceived environmental value.Direct positive impact and perceived environmental protection work have a direct positive impact on perceived environmental value, perceived environmental value has a direct positive impact on public satisfaction, public satisfaction has a direct positive impact on public trust, and public satisfaction has direct impact on public complaints. The positive impact of these assumptions is valid. The assumption that the perceived environmental quality has a direct positive impact on public satisfaction and that the quality of environmental protection work has a direct positive impact on public satisfaction is not valid.Thirdly, through the importance-satisfaction matrix analysis, this paper classifies each observed variable according to the satisfaction score and weight of each observed variable, and divides it into competitive advantage zone, urgent need improvement zone, opportunity improvement zone, and icing on the cake.Because the perceived environmental quality, perceived environmental quality and perceived value are often linked to high “price-performance ratio”,that is,improving the perceived environmental quality and sensing the quality of environmental protection work,it will inevitably increase the perceived environmental value,so there is an urgent need to improve the area and the opportunity improvement area.It takes a lot of effort and time to improve. Finally, according to the analysis of the importance-satisfaction matrix, this paper proposes to improve the ecology of Hainan Province from three aspects: understanding the public demand to improve public expectations, improving the allocation level of ecological environment management facilities, and strengthening the government’s management of ecological environment public services.Countermeasures for environmental public service satisfaction is proposed at last. |
