Under the background of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,the construction of urban healthy transportation system is an important part of achieving sustainable urban development,and the development of health transportation with the theme of low carbon and green is an inevitable trend,among which “people-oriented” urban traffic health evaluation research has become the key to measuring urban traffic health.However,the historical urban traffic evaluation goals are slightly inclined to improve traffic operation efficiency,alleviate traffic congestion,optimize the organization and operation of the traffic system,etc.,the evaluation of health level is only for a certain mode of travel in the transportation system,so the degree of human satisfaction in the process of traffic travel is not high,and the contradiction with ecological carrying capacity is more and more prominent,this paper establishes the urban traffic health assessment index system from multiple dimensions,and constructs the urban traffic health evaluation model,which is of great significance for urban transportation and the physical and mental health development of residents.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the premise of sorting out the existing traffic evaluation index system,firstly,the evaluation indicators affecting the healthy development of transportation in terms of traditional traffic operation status,green transportation and sustainable development were screened,and secondly,the satisfaction evaluation indicators of urban residents’ experience feedback in the process of traffic travel were screened by drawing on the theory and experience of healthy transportation development in advanced cities at home and abroad,and the urban traffic health evaluation indicators with comprehensive and practical perspectives were preliminarily screened and analyzed from the three dimensions of travel experience,traffic factors and environmental factors.(2)Based on the preliminarily selected evaluation indicators,collect and process multisource data,and select appropriate and unified collection and processing methods for different index data.(3)Through the questionnaire,the satisfaction evaluation data of urban residents during traffic travel is collected,and the Structural Equation Method is used to establish the residents’ travel experience evaluation model,which verified it’s reasonable effectiveness,and obtained the objective weight of the subjective evaluation index under the travel experience dimension according to the route coefficient.(4)Through the Entropy Weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,the urban traffic health evaluation model was constructed,and 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province were selected for empirical research,and the comprehensive ranking of urban traffic health level and the evaluation score in different dimensions of the evaluation objects were obtained,so as to comprehensively analyze the urban traffic health level in Shandong Province.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,Tsingtao and Jinan,as the cities with the highest total GDP(2022)and provincial capitals in Shandong Province respectively,also rank among the best in urban traffic health.In terms of the evaluation results of three different dimensions,Tsingtao scored the highest in the two dimensions of traffic factors and environmental factors,but Zibo scored first in the travel experience dimension.Finally,the comprehensive score ranking is compared and analyzed with the “Traffic Health Index”released by AMAP,and the Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient is used to analyze,and the strong correlation is found,and the two ranking results have high similarity.The results show that the feasibility and rationality of the index system and comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper in urban traffic health assessment provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation and improvement of urban traffic health status,and help the construction of public health and drive the development of healthy cities.
