With the vigorous promotion of T-city coal to electricity reform and smart grid engineering projects,substation engineering projects are being vigorously carried out.Compared with the high voltage substation project,the ultra high voltage substation project has the characteristics that the project site is far away from the urban area,larger floor space,longer construction period,larger number of subcontractors and their staffs and more related equipment manufacturers.It has a more serious impact on engineering safety.In order to avoid personal injury and death during the construction process,it is necessary to study the main factors affecting construction safety,strengthen management,strictly prevent and control the main influencing factors,and reduce the various losses caused by it.This thesis is based on the theory of safety system,uses literature research and expert interviews to identify 15 safety factors that influencing T-city ultra high voltage substation projects from four aspects: human insecurity,mechanical insecurity,environmental impact,and system impact.In order to obtain the data on the degree of influence between various influencing factors,a questionnaire survey was used to collect 108 valid questionnaires from experienced engineers in the industry,and the analysis of the impact and importance degree of the 15 factors is carried out by the method of decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL).The analysis finally identified seven key factors: the safety attitude of the subcontractor and the lack of safety technology,the safety attitude of the general contractor and the lack of safety technology,the safety production education was not put in place,and the emergency handling was not The timely and safe production organization is not perfect,the safety management system is imperfect,and the relevant parties have insufficient on-site inspections.Reasonable suggestions are given for the seven key factors affecting safety during the construction phase on ultra high voltage substation project of T city.This thesis will help the owner,supervisor and construction party to understand the basic characteristics and actual conditions of the T-city ultra high voltage substation project;it will help the construction general contractor to carry out scientific and reasonable management during the phase of the construction project.This thesis will guide the management of ultra high voltage substation projects in other regions,especially in the case of multi-party subcontracting which needs to strengthen the safety attitude and technology of general contractor and improve the safety management level of the managers.
