In recent years,the power grid construction industry has developed rapidly,and many substation projects have been added nationwide.While bringing huge benefits to the construction units,the construction units are facing enormous security management pressures.The construction of the substation is also a high-strength,high-risk construction project,with narrow working surfaces,complicated construction process high risk of on-site operation,large mobility of construction site personnel,and tight construction period,which makes the safety accidents of substations frequent.In addition to the safety accidents that often occur in general construction projects,the construction of substation projects often causes accidents caused by accidents such as falling,object strikes,mechanical equipment damage,personnel electric shock,fire and other safety accidents,resulting in personal injury or property damage.In order to minimize the damage caused by accidents,all personnel involved in the construction must be proficient in the safety measures for the occurrence of safety accidents,and ensure that in the event of a safety accident,under the premise of ensuring their own safety,they can promptly report to the police and participate in the rescue to ensure The personal and property of the field workers are not infringed,which makes us must pay attention to the discussion and research on project safety management.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign books and literatures this paper had carried out in-depth study and research on safety management theory,and draws on its advanced management ideas.Based on the case of Tianjin Shuang qing 500 k V substation,the research and analysis of the safety production status of Shuangqing substation is carried out.Based on the principle of engineering practice,the safety management of Shuangqing substation is deeply analyzed,and the substation is analyzed by LEC risk analysis method.Identify and evaluate risks and propose a set of effective safety management safeguards.At the same time,an emergency management mechanism was established to comprehensively manage the safety of the substation.
