The Driving Factors For Manufacturing Enterprises To Implement Green Supply Chain Management Practices Configuration Study

With the prosperity and development of the global economy,resource and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and resource shortages and environmental pollution are the bottleneck for the sustainable development of the global economy.The implementation of green supply chain management has become a global consensus.Developed countries have implemented green supply chain management earlier,and related policy systems are relatively complete and mature.Under the green development atmosphere created by the international community,the world’s leading manufacturing companies are highly motivated to implement green supply chain management practices,but different companies have different levels of green supply chain management practices.This is caused by a series of green supply chain management practices driving factors.Different driving factors play different roles in producing high-level and non-high-level green supply chain management practices,and there may be more than one combination of factors that produce high-level and non-high-level green supply chain management practices.Therefore,this article analyzes the level of green supply chain management practices of leading manufacturing companies,and explores the driving factors and complex causal models of their green supply chain management practices.Based on green supply chain management theory,system theory,resource-based theory and complexity theory,this paper analyzes the research progress of existing green supply chain management driving factors,content analysis and qualitative comparative analysis at home and abroad.Next,the content analysis method is used to construct an index system to evaluate the level of green supply chain management practices of leading manufacturing companies.On this basis,two groups of personnel coded the environmental-related materials of leading manufacturing companies according to 0-4 content,summarized the coding situation,and performed a simple statistical analysis on the level of green supply chain management practices of leading manufacturing companies.Third,determine the six factors of national economy,environmental policy,industry type,green practices pressure from industry competitors,sustainable consumption market share,and corporate resource capacity level as the driving factors for green supply chain management practices of leading manufacturing companies.Finally,through the osiris database,the data released by the united nations and the official website of the company,the data of various variables are collected,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is applied to study the driving factors and the causal mode of the practices level of the green supply chain management of leading manufacturing companies.The results show that: First,in driving leading manufacturing companies to implement high-level green supply chain management practices,national economic and environmental policies are necessary conditions,and the country where the corporate headquarters is located provides certain economic and environmental policy support.Second,competitors are necessary but not sufficient conditions for implementing high-level green supply chain management practices.The green competition pressure imposed by industry competitors is consistent in the practices of high-level green supply chain management,and inconsistent in the practices of non-high-level green supply chain management.This variable can compensate for the lack of resources and capabilities of enterprises to promote high-level green supply Chain management practice.Third,the sustainable consumption market and resource capacity are inconsistent in the promotion of high-level and non-high-level green supply chain management practices,so this variable is neither necessary nor sufficient.Fourth,according to unique factors,the driving modes of high-level green supply chain management practices are divided into four types of strong dominance,and the driving modes of non-high-level green supply chain management practices are divided into seven types of weak dominance.Fifth,among the sub-practices of high-level and non-high-level green supply chain management enterprises,the sub-practices of green design,green manufacturing and internal management related to the company’s interior have done a good job,and the green procurement and downstream cooperation in cooperation with suppliers and customers The customer’s environmental cooperation sub-practices are poor.
