Study On Supply Chain Management Of NM Company Based On ERP

The paper’s research object is NM company,which is a large state owned energy company in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The main business of NM company is coal mining and washing.Under the macroeconomic and market environment,the coal industry has experienced"golden decade" and "severe winter of four years".NM company has also experienced brilliance and trough in the process of development.With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,under the increasingly fierce market competition,NM company urgently needs to solve the problem of optimizing supply chain management,further reducing enterprise cost and improving operation efficiency.Firstly,this paper discusses the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the existing research results at home and abroad,puts forward the research methods used,and builds the framework of the article.Secondly,combined with the literature,this paper introduces the relevant theories of ERP,supply chain management and supply chain optimization.Thirdly,combined with the reality of NM company,this paper analyzes its macro environment and industry environment,and introduces its supply chain management organization,process and related business.In addition,questionnaires and personal interviews were conducted with relevant business personnel.According to the survey and interview results,the problems existing in NM company’s supply chain management were sorted out from six aspects,for example:organization and plan management,and their causes were deeply analyzed.Finally,using the ideas of business process optimization and lean management,this paper deeply studies the planning management,procurement management,supplier management,inventory management and other businesses of NM company,and puts forward targeted supply chain management optimization measures,such as increasing three-time profit base,building management information system,supplier access and credit evaluation.In addition,in order to ensure the implementation of supply chain optimization measures,safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects:integrating organizational structure,building institutional culture,improving management information system and cultivating professionals.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can meet the urgent needs of NM company’s supply chain management optimization.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other enterprises to carry out supply chain management research.
