Research On The Legalization Of China’s Ecological Compensation Performance Evaluation System

The practice of ecological compensation is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization.At present,the country has invested a large amount of ecological compensation funds in actually played a role need to be accurately reflected through performance evaluation.However,due to the lack of special ecological compensation performance evaluation indicators,the current performance evaluation of ecological compensation mainly adopts the relevant indicators of the national monitoring and evaluation of the ecological environment in key ecological function areas.At the same time,the current performance evaluation system also has some problems,such as its low degree of rule of law,resulting in insufficient compulsory evaluation system and low recognition of effectiveness;the government as the sole subject of performance evaluation has led to the public’s credibility of the evaluation results.The degree of evaluation is reduced;the content of the evaluation system is complex,leading to problems such as poor actual operability and difficulty in compliance with the evaluated objects.Therefore,in order to accurately grasp the implementation effect of ecological compensation and make up for the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation system,it is necessary to carry out theoretical research on the performance evaluation system of ecological compensation,and then promote the practical application of the performance evaluation of ecological compensation.This article uses literature research method,case research method,comparative research method and other methods to study the current situation of the ecological compensation performance evaluation system and the problems existing in the process of legalization.Through the construction of my country’s ecological compensation performance evaluation system,it provides ideas for its legal construction.The main content of this article is as follows:The introduction mainly discusses the significance of carrying out the legalization research of the ecological compensation performance evaluation system in my country,and also summarizes the domestic and foreign related researches on the performance evaluation index of ecological compensation.The first part,based on the current research and application status of my country’s ecological
