As a soft power,corporate culture is widely concerned by academic and business circles,it has become an important way to establish the competitive advantage of enterprises.SP group is a state-owned enterprise with a history of more than 60 years.In recent years,due to fierce external competition,environmental protection and safety policies,SP group has accelerated the strategic transformation.SP group’s corporate culture has a certain foundation,but it has many limitations and problems,which can not meet the requirements of strategic transformation and needs to be optimized to promote the strategic transformation.Guided by the theory of corporate culture,this paper uses the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to find out the current situation of SP group’s corporate culture,and the optimization scheme.The OCAI scale is used to evaluate the status quo and expectation types of corporate culture,and to find out the direction of corporate culture optimization.It is found that,the clan culture and hierarchical culture are the mainly culture types of SP group,while the adhocracy culture and market culture are auxiliary.Under the situation of strategic transformation,the types of SP group’s culture are expected to develop in a balanced way,which requires strengthening the adhocracy culture and market culture,weakening the clan culture and hierarchical culture.Through the analysis of SP group’s history,internal and external environment,questionnaire and interview of corporate culture,this paper summarizes the specific problems and causes of the current corporate culture,and puts forward the optimization objectives and the specific optimization measures of spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material culture.This paper advances the implementation of corporate culture optimization,the operation steps and key tasks of the three stages of introduction,implementation,summary and solidification,as well as the guarantee measures in terms of organization,system and funds are put forward.
