| Corporate culture is a derivative of enterprise management when it’s developing to a certain stage.In modern enterprise management,corporate culture has become an effective yardstick for measuring an enterprise’s development ability.In China’s rapid economic growth,under the unified leadership of the tobacco industry and the rapid changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the corporate culture of GXZY company is undergoing a change.Firstly,by reading a large number of documents and supplemented by relevant materials obtained from GXZY company,the author designs a questionnaire that meets the requirements of corporate culture measurement of GXZY company,then the author analyzes and measures the questionnaire data through OCQ corporate culture measurement model,so as to objectively show the advantages and problems of corporate culture of GXZY company and the necessity of corporate culture optimization.Secondly,the author puts forward improvement schemes for the optimization of corporate culture of GXZY company from seven aspects: corporate mission,vision,strategy,spirit,code of conduct,cultural core logic diagram and cultural extension,including: adding "social responsibility" to the mission and changing "passive social responsibility" into "active social responsibility";Change the realization of the vision from one step to two steps;Redefine the "quality concept" and upgrade it from the cultural extension to the level of strategy;Add "practicality" and "passion" to the spirit;Redefine the elements of the code of conduct;Improved cultural core logic diagram;Add "execution view" and "team view" to the cultural extension.Finally,according to the actual situation of GXZY company,the author puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of corporate culture from the aspects of ideological guarantee,organizational guarantee,system guarantee,resource guarantee and characteristic integration,including: in terms of ideological guarantee,the leading group should take the lead in participating in the construction of corporate culture and include the construction of corporate culture in the development plan of the company;In terms of organizational guarantee,optimize the organizational structure of corporate culture construction,improve communication channels,establish a backbone team of corporate culture construction,increase corporate culture training,and promote corporate culture in a bottom-up manner;In terms of system guarantee,formulate or revise the relevant standard system of corporate culture and establish the evaluation system of corporate culture construction;In terms of resource guarantee,ensure the smooth supply of funds and increase the ways of corporate culture publicity(designing cultural cartoon image,cultural expression package,cultural exhibition hall,etc);In terms of characteristic integration,Guangxi minority characteristics are integrated into the corporate culture system and the process of publicity and promotion.The research of this paper plays a guiding role in the construction of corporate culture of GXZY company,and has reference value for the optimization of corporate culture of other companies,especially tobacco companies. |
