| Since entering the 21st century,with the rapid development of China’s market economy,problems such as fake&shoddy products and lack of corporate integrity have emerged frequently.When exploring the root causes,more and more people have begun to realize the serious deficiencies in the construction of corporate culture of many companies in China,becoming a mere formality.Since 2010,China has become the second largest economy in the world,with a good business environment and a huge market.There are more and more multinational companies and Sino-foreign joint ventures.However,these companies are faced with a dilemma in the construction of corporate culture.Whether to give priority to oriental wisdom or to follow the advanced western management theory has often become the focus of constant debate among enterprise management,which has seriously affected the process and effectiveness of corporate culture construction,which further affects the shaping and development stability of the enterprise’s core values.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,our country has vigorously advocated the establishment of cultural self-confidence,which is not only the soul of a country and a nation,but also the soul of an enterprise.The construction of corporate culture based on China’s national conditions and cultural background has a fundamental,overall and forward-looking guiding significance for Chinese enterprises in transition.It is not only a new requirement for China’s corporate culture construction to achieve Chinese path to modernization in the new era context,but also the foundation for Chinese enterprises to carry out cultural construction research in the right direction.FE Company was established in 2008 as a Sino-US joint venture.Due to blindly copying the American corporate culture,the construction of FE corporate culture has gradually become a mere formality,thus exposing a series of problems such as the gradual decline in market share,the sharp rise in employee turnover,the serious lack of innovation ability,and the poor centripetal force and cohesion.In order to reverse the decline and respond to the call of national cultural confidence,FE Company has learned from the past and decided to explore the appropriate corporate culture again.Based on China’s national conditions and cultural background,and from the perspective of integrating eastern and western cultures,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,and mainly carries out the following exploratory research items:1)Based on the hierarchy theory of organizational culture,comprehensively describes the current situation of FE Company culture construction;2)According to the quantum management theory,provide the underlying thinking logic for the integration of Eastern and Western cultures;3)According to Denison Organizational Culture Model,a questionnaire is designed to analyze the problems in the construction of FE company’s corporate culture;4)Adopt the concentric circle model of corporate culture to optimize the corporate culture of FE Company.In order to comprehensively analyze the current situation of FE company’s corporate culture and propose an optimization plan,this study firstly analyzes the internal and external environment of corporate culture construction and draws the conclusion that the overall environment is conducive to the optimization of corporate culture construction of FE Company;Secondly,it integrates the western quantum thinking that emphasizes participation,relevance,integrity and uncertainty with the eastern classical wisdom represented by Confucianism and Taoism,optimize and adjust the contents of the twelve dimensions of Denison Organizational Culture Model,and determine the corporate culture measurement index system of FE Company;Thirdly,the questionnaire of corporate culture of FE company and personal interviews are designed to evaluate the corporate culture of FE company,analyze the corporate culture of FE company in details based on the results of the questionnaire,find out the problems of corporate culture of FE company,and comprehensively analyze the causes of the problems;Finally,put forward the objectives and optimization principles of cultural construction,encourage enterprises to adhere to systematic thinking,FE company is encouraged to:1)take social responsibility as the basis of mission,aspiration and goal orientation;2)adhere to the business philosophy of justice and profit,usercentered,people-oriented and self-righteous;3)enhance leader role,careful communication and team spirit;4)pursue employees’ self-drive and co-frequency resonance.Cultural construction objectives and optimization principles are put forward,based on the concentric circle model,the FE company’s cultural construction optimization plan is systematically put forward from the spiritual level,institutional level,behavioral level,and material level.In order to implement the optimization plan,the guaranteed measures are formulated from the five aspects of organization,system,publicity,funds and digital technology support. |
