Research On The Impact Of Green Production Training On The Green Production Behavior Of New Professional Farmers

Since 1990,pesticides and chemical fertilizers have made great contributions to the high yield and increase of grain production in China.However,such traditional agricultural production mode of "high fertilizer and high medicine" has brought many contradictions,such as ecological damage in agriculture,environmental pollution in rural areas,threats to farmers’ health and safety of agricultural products.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)pointed out that green development leads rural revitalization,and calls for the firm establishment and practice of the concept of green development that clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains.In order to cope with the key and difficult problems of rural ecological environment,document No.1 of 2020 proposed to accelerate the realization of livestock and poultry waste recycling,agricultural film pollution treatment,pesticide and fertilizer reduction and agricultural land soil pollution control and other goals.The green transformation of agriculture has become an urgent need for the current high-quality development of agriculture.Agricultural green transformation involves production,processing and marketing,and many other links.The source is production.Only by focusing on the source of green agricultural production can we promote the transformation of agricultural production mode,achieve agricultural efficiency,increase farmers’ income and increase rural green.Green agricultural production technology is an agricultural technology integrating smart science and technology and scientific management into agricultural production,aiming at producing green,quality and safe modern agricultural products.As the modern green production technology application and the main body of promotion,the quality and ability of peasant households have been put forward to a "new height".As a group of farmers with the advantages of independent development,professional skills and excellent quality,new professional farmers’ green agricultural production behavior is of great demonstration and driving significance to ordinary farmers.Improving the green production capacity of new professional farmers is conducive to accelerating the application of green production technology in agricultural production activities.Therefore,the optimization of the new type of professional farmers,improve the new type of professional farmers green production training,to promote agricultural green production in the meaning.This article follows the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" research train of thought,to participate in the green agricultural production training a new type of professional farmers as the main research object,in sichuan province to issue 900 questionnaires,the analysis of the new professional farmers green production process of behavior change and green production on the basis of the content of the training system,using the new professional farmers 810 valid questionnaire data empirically the green production training for new professional farmers the impact of green agricultural production technology adoption behavior.Through the above theoretical research and empirical analysis,the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)Green production training has a significant positive impact on the green agricultural production technology adoption behavior of different new professional farmers,and it is necessary to add green production technology training to the training content of new professional farmers.Improving the teaching methods,teachers,training contents,training time,training places and training incentives for green production training can further promote the adoption of green production technologies by new professional farmers.(2)The green production training of new professional farmers has achieved initial results in two aspects of economic and ecological benefits,which is helpful to increase agricultural output,increase farmers’ income and strengthen the construction of rural ecological civilization.(3)Different types of green production behaviors are dependent on each other to some extent.Farmers’ individual characteristics,village conditions and green production cognition significantly affect their green production behavior.The higher their education level and income level are,the stronger their green production behavior tendency is.The improvement of farmers’ cognition of green production technology and the acquisition of new information can encourage them to adopt green production behavior,so as to realize the green development of agriculture.
