Study On The Current Situation Of Ecotourism And Development Model Of Zengjiashan Forest Town,guangyuan City,Sichuan Province

China’s forest town construction started late.In the "Thirteenth Five-Year" Tourism Development Plan,China first proposed the integration of forest-based tourism resources based on ecology,which effectively guided the construction of forest towns and promoted the development of the health industry In the case of rich forest tourism resources but underdeveloped economy,how to build a sustainable forest town development model in the western region represented by Sichuan has become the focus of research.As one of the top ten forest towns in the country in 2019,Zengjiashan Forest Town has an important impact on the tourism industry in northern Sichuan.This paper uses the literature research method,case analysis method,and questionnaire method to investigate the current status of ecological tourism in this forest town.Conduct a SWOT analysis and use the analysis results to put forward your own views on the development model of Zengjiashan Forest Town.Research indicates:The biggest advantage of Zengjiashan Forest Town’s eco-tourism lies in its rich eco-tourism forest resources.At the same time,it also has the advantages of obvious regional advantages,extensive source markets,and a good tourism market foundation.It focuses on recreational and skiing projects.The disadvantage lies in the imbalanced development of its tourism resources and the insufficient publicity,resulting in the lack of stable tourists.Lack of tourism pillars,lack of integration in the tourism industry,unclear image of tourism brands and low quality of employees.The opportunity lies in the policy support of the district government and the provincial government.The rapid development of Sichuan’s economy has made Sichuan’s local tourism industry have better development opportunities.The threat mainly stems from the fierce competition in many tourist attractions in Sichuan,and the vigorous development of small towns will pose a certain threat to the ecological environment.The imbalanced tourism resources will also pose a potential threat to the cultural tourism resources with few tourists.Tourism practitioners The quality also restricts its international development.In the face of complex and diverse conditions,Zengjiashan relies on forest resources to create an ecotourism road,and it has a long way to go.It should be based on its strengths and weaknesses,avoid weaknesses and achieve comprehensive development.The development model of Zengjiashan Forest Town is "government-enterprise-farmer".The top-level design of the government sets the direction for the development of the forest town,and then advance investment at the government level lays the foundation for the development of forest town.The second ring of the“government-enterprise-farmer”model is enterprises.Enterprises include the management committee of Forest Town and the enterprises that invest in Forest Town.Their role in the entire development model is to check for shortcomings and fill in the shortcomings of the government under the general direction of development.The third ring of the“government-enterprise-farmer” model is the farmer,who is the recipient of various resources,the implementer of various policies,and the recipient of tourists.Their support for the government and enterprises is the driving force behind the development of the forest town.Farmers have contributed their strength to the development of the forest town by combining their own advantages,but the huge number of farmers has become the main development of Zengjiashan Forest Town.Source of power.Under the operation of this model,Zengjiashan Forest Town has developed rapidly in recent years.Not only has it successfully created a national 4A-level tourist attraction,but it has also achieved rapid growth in the number of tourists.Since 2014,the number of tourists received by Zengjiashan Forest Town has increased by more than 20% each year.In 2018,the total number of tourists received was 5.746 million,more than double that of2014.A total of more than 600 jobs of various types have been created for the local poor population,and radiation has led to the employment of more than 3500 poor people.On the one hand,the construction of Zengjiashan Forest Town benefited from the construction of the forest town and the dividend of national tourism development,on the other hand,it was the inevitable result of its correct development model.The questionnaire survey shows that 60% of tourists are unaware of the construction of the forest town.They came to Zengjiashan Forest Town because of the unique urban atmosphere,diet and culture of Zengjiashan.This is also confirmed from another aspect.The feasibility of the model.The development model of Zengjiashan Forest Town provides a reference for the development of many forest towns in my country.From the model of "government-enterprise-farmer",we can combine our own advantages and opportunities to formulate a suitable development model.
