Study On The Dvelopment Of Ecotourism Of The Mabu Tea Valley Town,Lu’an City

In recent years,with people’s living quality improving and the ecotourism industry rapidly developing,people’s requirements for the tourism products’ ecological,special,innovative and experiential features and for the customizing feature of the tourism process are increasing,and this makes the ecotourism industry with natural,cultural and industrial features have a wider development space.Lu’an Tea Valley is a producing area of famous tea,such as Lu’an Guapian Tea.This area has obvious advantages,huge potential and wide prospects in developing featured ecotourism.The natural scenery,tea industry and tea culture of Mabu town,the core producing place of Lu’an Guapian and the "valley core" of the Tea Valley,is typical and representative in the tea valley area of Lu’an.The study on its ecotourism planning based on tea industry and tea culture is not only a good example for other Tea Valley towns,but also is of practical significance to promote the planning and construction of other tourism destinations with the theme of "tea".With this background,this paper takes ecotourism and featured ecotourism planning as the main research direction.First,this paper reviews the studies in China and abroad,discusses and analyzes the related concepts,theories and cases of ecotourism,and summarizes the ecotourism planning strategies based on featured industries.Second,with on-the-spot investigation and information collection,the basic information of Mabu Town of Lu’an city,where the actual project is located,is sorted out,and its ecotourism resources are divided into natural ecotourism resources and human ecotourism resources to do comprehensive research,and the resource advantages,current problems,development potential and constraints of Mabu town’s ecotourism are comprehensively analyzed with SWOT analysis.At last,focusing on the goal of constructing the image of Mabu,which is "a tea town with ancient charm and red culture,a town with green mountains and clear waters to nourish the spirit",Mabu town’s ecotourism construction and development is planned as a whole according to the resource features of Mabu and the development strategy,positioning and construction content of ecotourism based on tea culture and in accordance to the layout of "one center,one loop,two areas,eight scenic spots,and many points".Also,starting with improving the foundation and building ecotourism system,on the basis of improving tea industry quality,transforming the town and village appearance and integrating tea and tourism industry,to explore the construction of ecotourism landscape,ecotourism product design,tourism route organization,tourism service infrastructure,and provides specific strategic support for every project’s implementation.This paper enriches the research methods and contents of ecotourism planning with the tea culture as the theme,and with the practice of Mabu Town,extracts the experience of promoting ecotourism in Tea Valley Town,and this provides reference for the development and construction planning for the ecotourism in other regions with great ecological resources and excellent ecological industry characters.
