| In 2020,three-fifths of the world’s population will be concentrated in cities.Urban ecosystems will face severe tests and urgently need sustainable development,but existing research on sustainable development of urban ecosystems cannot meet the needs of urban development.Subsequently,the high-quality development proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC attracted widespread attention from scholars with its theoretical connotations of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing.Therefore,research focused on high-quality sustainable development of coordinated and green urban ecosystems came into being.No matter from the perspective of practical issues or theoretical issues,it highlights the importance of high-quality sustainable development of urban ecosystems.The road to high-quality sustainable development of urban ecosystems in China must start from economic,social,and environmental aspects to make a systemmatic planning.Tangshan’s industrial structure,which is dominated by the secondary industry,continues to develop rapidly,but at the same time it has created huge economic benefits,it has also caused serious damage to the water environment and the atmospheric environment.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the high-quality sustainable development of urban ecosystems by taking Tangshan ecosystem as an example.At present,the research results of the high-quality development and sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem are a little inadequate and need to be improved urgently.Based on that,this article used the theory of Sansheng,sustainable development,and new development as the theoretical basis,adopted the elastic method and entropy method,and used Tangshan’s 2007-2016 yearbook data and survey data to evaluate the high quality of Tangshan’s ecosystem The sustainable development was evaluated,and the influencing factors of high-quality sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem were obtained by using relevant analysis.The empirical results obtained are as follows: First,The urban elasticity value of the ecosystem in Tangshan City,the economic and social subsystems,and the elasticity value of the social subsystem continue to rise,and the elasticity of the urban environment subsystem is relatively stable at a medium level.Second,The degree of elasticity coordination and coordinated development coefficient of Tangshan City’s ecosystem is on the rise,and the degree of elasticity coordination and coordinated development coefficient of the economic-social system is the largest.Third,The comprehensive and high-quality sustainable development coefficient of Tangshan’s ecosystem has been increasing.According to the results of empirical research,the following conclusions are reached: First,During the study period,the high-quality sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem is generally at the upper-middle level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.The high-quality sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem is constantly increasing..Second,The main influencing factor of high-quality sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem is the completion of investment in industrial pollution control.Third,The main problem of high-quality sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem is the misalignment of environmental system development with other systems.In summary,the following policy suggestions are proposed: First,Focus on the coordinated development of environmental systems and other systems.Second,Establish a high-quality sustainable development evaluation and monitoring mechanism in Tangshan,design a reasonable and effective urban high-quality sustainable development evaluation index system,and collect necessary basic data.Third,Strengthen scientific and technological innovation to cultivate new momentum for Tangshan Iron and Steel Industry.With a view to providing guidance for the high-quality and sustainable development of Tangshan’s ecosystem. |
