Study On The Spatiotemporal Differences And Influencing Factors Of Sustainable Development Efficiency Of Cities In Shandong Provinc

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in the economic field.Meanwhile,the pressure on resources and environment is becoming increasingly serious.The disharmony between economy and environment seriously restricts the sustainable development of Chinese cities.At present,China is in the rapid development stage of urbanization,and green and high efficiency is the key point of urbanization development.It has important practical significance and theoretical value to evaluate the efficiency of urban sustainable development with scientific methods.In order to better explore the efficiency level and influence mechanism of urban sustainable development,this study takes Shandong Province as the research area to construct the evaluation index system of urban sustainable development efficiency.DPSIR-SBM model and OLS regression model were used to evaluate the efficiency of sustainable urban development,and the time evolution trend and spatial distribution pattern of the efficiency of sustainable urban development in Shandong province were explored,and the influence mechanism of promoting and hindering sustainable urban development was analyzed,and then the optimization countermeasures of sustainable development efficiency were put forward.The purpose of this study is to clarify the causal relationship between urban sustainable development and provide theoretical reference for promoting ecological civilization construction and realizing regional coordinated development.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows :(1)time evolution analysis of urban sustainable development efficiency.The overall sustainable development efficiency of Shandong province can be divided into three stages.Among them,2009-2011 is the period of sustainable development efficiency improvement;The period from 2012 to2017 is the stage of steady development of sustainable development efficiency;After 2018,it is the rapid development stage of sustainable development and efficiency.Different cities show different development trends,Jinan,Yantai and Dezhou have obvious decline trend,while Qingdao,Linyi and Heze have obvious growth trend.With the development of high-quality urbanization,it can be seen from the input-output analysis that the pressure of urban ecological destruction and resource consumption gradually decreases,and the growth rate of urban population becomes an important driving force of urban development.(2)Analysis of spatial pattern of urban sustainable development efficiency.There are significant regional differences in sustainable development efficiency in Shandong Province.The sustainable development efficiency of central shandong and southern Shandong is low,while that of eastern Shandong and northwestern Shandong is high.The spatial distribution pattern of sustainable development efficiency is "high-low-high" in2009.In 2019,the spatial distribution pattern of "high around,low in the middle" was generally presented.(3)Analysis of influencing factors of urban sustainable development efficiency.The efficiency of sustainable urban development in Shandong province is affected by many factors,including urbanization rate,GDP growth rate,proportion of scientific and technological personnel,comparative labor productivity,green space coverage rate and adjustment coefficient of tertiary industry.Arable land area,per capita electricity consumption,per capita water consumption and per capita fixed asset investment have significant hindrance effect on urban development efficiency.Only by finding out the prominent problems in urban development can we realize the steady improvement of urban sustainable development efficiency.
