Study On Waste Disposal In Rural Areas Of Danling County

China is a large country in population and agriculture.With the rapid development of social science and technology,great changes have taken place in the income and consumption structure of rural areas and their residents.The economic income of rural areas continues to improve,and at the same time,it also causes damage to the ecological environment to some extent.Environmental problems caused by garbage in rural areas are becoming more and more prominent.People in rural areas have relatively weak awareness of environmental protection,and are free to deal with all kinds of garbage.There are extremely short of professional facilities and equipment to deal with garbage in the rural areas.This is a stumbling block to promote the construction of new countryside and improve the quality of life of rural residents.It is therefore that in-depth research on the problem of rural waste disposal will provide certain theoretical and practical guidance for rural ecological revitalization and sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,based on the perspective of rural environmental protection and sustainable development of villages,the rural waste disposal in Danling county were conducted in combination with the theory of public goods and services and multi-center governance.This study investigated the awareness of environmental protection and the awareness of reasonable waste disposal of the villagers in Zhangchang town,Qile town,Renmei town,Shunlong town and Yangchang town.I found that the awareness of environmental protection is relatively weak and the waste disposal is relatively random.This study analyzed the garbage output,type,collection,disposal and other related situations of five towns and villages in Danling county,and analyzed the problems existing in the garbage treatment.I found that the average daily garbage output is between 0.332-0.491 kg in the five towns,which is far lower than the average level.To some extent,the pollution caused by rural garbage is controlled from the source.However,there are many types and complex components of garbage in towns and townships,with weak ability of source classification,scattered production sources,and great differences between market town streets and villages.In addition,the lack of waste related treatment facilities and equipment,the low efficiency of treatment technology application,the incomplete supervision and evaluation system and other problems,resulted in that the rural waste treatment was not reasonable in Danling.Based on the above researches,this paper makes clear the importance and necessity of building the applicable principles,efficient methods and scientific management system in Danling rural area.According to the actual situation of Danling county and the characteristics of rural development,combining with the new technology of waste disposal,some suggestions are put forward for the rationalization of the construction of the operation mode of waste disposal.It also provides some reference for the rural garbage disposal under the background of rural revitalization construction in Danling county...
