Research On The Management Mode Of Village Domestic Garbage In The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the rural living environment improvement action plan and rural vitalization strategy in-depth implement tation.As the development level of China's vast rural areas continues to improve,various problems in rural development begin to surface: how to choose the governance model of village household garbage,how to break the phenomenon of "garbage surrounding villages" in rural areas,has become a stumbling block to the governance level of rural living environment.Based on this background,this paper proposes to construct an appropriate village household garbage management model from the perspective of life cycle economic evaluation,taking into account the influence of economic,environmental,social,policy and other factors.Based on the scientific path planning model and the life-cycle household waste management cost model,this paper starts from the three stages of household waste collection,transportation and treatment to explore the new village household waste management model under the new background.Firstly,the relevant background,research methods,domestic and foreign research status and relevant theories of household garbage treatment were sorted out.In the study of foreign governance experience do not engage in "take doctrine",mainly focus on domestic garbage treatment technology research.Secondly,based on the system engineering theory,life-cycle cost management theory and national economy evaluation method,the village household waste management cost model is established under the life-cycle.The governance cost model contains the relevant parameters of the whole process of household garbage treatment,and the total cost,annual cost and economic net present value of household garbage treatment cycle are obtained by solving the model.And according to the data analysis,optimization,adjustment of household waste management model.Among them,the transport path parameters of the model are mainly analyzed,the vehicle path planning model(CVRP)is established based on the capacity constraint of ant colony algorithm,and the solution algorithm is given to obtain the distance parameters of the shortest transport path under the intelligent algorithm.At last,relevant data of household waste management in villages were obtained through field investigation and field experiment of cases,and a cost model of household waste management was established based on the data,and corresponding governance strategies were obtained through simulation analysis.At the same time,the simulation data was optimized and analyzed to realize the quick and scientific decision of household garbage treatment.The results of model analysis and optimization strategy show that the closed-loop treatment and transportation cost optimization of MSW can effectively reduce the total cost of MSW control and improve the efficiency of MSW control.
