Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Garbage Treatment

Rural garbage management is an important practice to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and an important task to improve people’s living standards and rural ecological environment.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)called for strengthening the foundation for rural development,upgrading the "clean and tidy village" designation to "ecological and livable" and "effective governance," highlighting new requirements for rural development in the new era.Accelerating the construction of beautiful countryside,realizing the revitalization of the countryside,comprehensively improving the appearance of the countryside,strengthening the protection of the rural ecological environment,and researching and solving the current garbage problem are important directions of developing the new countryside.In this paper,the status of rural garbage treatment was studied,and multiple field investigations were carried out in 17 villages of 4 pilot towns in X county,henan province.The investigation was carried out in three parts.Firstly,the village cadres were followed to observe and understand the relevant garbage treatment facilities and the mode of cleaning and transportation in the village.Then interview the relevant township leaders.At last,a random sampling method is used to investigate the farmers.Based on the summary and analysis of survey data,this paper points out the current situation of rural waste management.Taking X county as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in rural waste management in henan province and summarizes the limitations of the current model.Multiple subject on the basis of this proposed work idea,the integrated use of collaborative governance theory and new public service theory as the analysis tool,the research interview method,literature method,comparison method,to model transformation as the breakthrough point,study of rural living garbage management work,in order to evaluate waste management work present situation,reveal the influence factors and mechanism of collaborative governance,explore the governance mode of work ideas,plural development,to explore sustainable rural garbage management,replicable,scalable long-term patterns provide referential Suggestions,It is of great practical significance to effectively promote the treatment of rural garbage,comprehensively improve the rural living environment,implement the rural revitalization strategy,and build a social governance pattern of co-construction,governance and sharing.
