Environmental impact post assessment(EIPA)is an important management system for post-supervision of construction projects,which is a great significance to the verification of environmental protection measures and subsequent environmental management.As the core of environmental management in the future,big data of environmental protection will strongly promote environmental management including Environmental impact post assessment.Petrochemical enterprises,because of their numerous sources of waste gas and large emissions,have attracted much attention from all walks of life.In the Environmental impact post assessment of petrochemical construction projects,a large number of data types such as pollution source data and environmental quality data have been accumulated over the years.How to retrospectively analyze the data effectively and explain the status of pollution sources,the actual effect of environmental protection measures and regional environmental quality are of great significance for enterprise management and environmental protection.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of environmental protection big data,which refers to the collection of pollution source data,environmental impact assessment data,laws and regulations standard data,regional environmental quality data and other data including pollution production,pollution control and sewage discharge.In recent years,Chinese air pollution is relatively serious,and air pollution problems such as haze have caused serious impacts on people’s daily life.Therefore,this paper only studies the big data of atmospheric environmental protection.Secondly,a source list of big data of environmental protection was established,and various data sources and selection time were clarified.In accordance with the assessment principles,the technology system of environmental protection big data assessment is established around the purpose of EIPA,including the problem data processing method,data validity provisions,assessment purpose and corresponding technical methods,assessment key points.etc.Aiming at the three problems of duplicate data,incomplete data and abnormal data in environmental protection big data,the average method,substitution method,filling and interpolation method,preliminary judgment based on Pauta criterion and comparison method of adjacent data are adopted respectively.In the data validity regulation of the system,the validity discrimination of pollution source data under different monitoring frequency and different monitoring modes is required under the time unit of annual,monthly and daily mean value;besides the specific regulation,manual monitoring data and automatic monitoring data validity regulation are required that data in all value-taking periods should obtain at least 75%of the data for validity.The purpose of the assessment mainly includes the assessment of pollutant emission pegularity and compliance,the effectiveness and stability of environmental protection measures,the analysis of the influence of the change of import concentration of pollution control facilities on removal efficiency,the analysis of the key factors affecting the discharge of pollutants,the analysis of the trend of regional atmospheric quality and the change of primary pollutants,etc.The corresponding assessment techniques include descriptive analysis,comparative analysis,regression analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,etc.Finally,taking the environmental impact post-assessment of a petrochemical enterprise as an example,according to the list of large environmental data sources,the data are collected and processed according to the established assessment technology system.The validity and practicability of the large data assessment technology system for environmental protection are verified by the application of an example.The data pre-processing method can screen and screen the data.The corresponding evaluation purposes are obtained through the analysis of the data by various evaluation technology methods,which can reflect the basic situation of each exhaust gas pollution source,the operation effect of pollution control facilities,and the key factors for enterprises to control the discharge of pollutants.Change of vegetable and ambient air quality. |
