The Application Study On Miao’s Cross-Stitch In Children’s Wear Design In Western Hunan

As one of the traditional Chinese folk handicrafts,Xiangxi Miao ethnic group was listed as the national intangible cultural heritage list in 2011,with unique regional,ethnic and primitive characteristics.Xiangxi Miao flowers with rigorous symmetrical layout,simple and simple contrast color,mysterious ancient patterns and geometric figures,with a high cultural,artistic and collection value.Nowadays,in the fast-paced social environment,the ancient handicraft of Miao picking flowers in Xiangxi has also entered a period of difficulty and opportunity,which is not only the test of the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Miao picking flowers in Xiangxi.It is also a great opportunity to truly integrate into modern development.The purpose of this paper is to realize the ingenious fusion with modern children’s clothing design,to seek the balance between the traditional characteristics of the ethnic group and the times,and to realize the value of culture and art at the same time with economic value.This paper adopts the combination of theory and practice,with literature research method,physical observation method,field investigation method,one-to-one interview method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method as the main research methods.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.This paper summarizes the origin,object and region of the topic,and analyzes the research background of this topic,and summarizes the current research situation of Miao ethnic group in Xiangxi through database and paper data.On this basis,the purpose,significance and innovation of the research are clarified,and the main contents and methods of the research are expounded.The second part mainly expounds the artistic characteristics and techniques of picking flowers of Miao ethnic group in Xiangxi.From its pattern features,picture pattern composition,color characteristics and technical techniques of four aspects of induction and combing,sorting out the main theme of the pattern connotation and moral emotion,pattern composition and picture layout,color monochrome five-color division,technological process and acupuncture skills.The third part,through the case analysis of traditional handicraft in children’s clothing,sums up the principles and methods of selecting flowers of Miao ethnic group in Xiangxi in the design and application of children’s clothing,and provides a reference for the later design practice.The fourth part is based on the previous research results,using children’s clothing as the carrier for application design practice.It is divided into three links: early preparation,mid-term production and later display,and market research is carried out to establish the final design scheme to complete garment production.The fifth part is the summary.Summarize and summarize the whole research process,and put forward the existing shortcomings and future expectations.The following conclusions have been drawn on the application of children’s clothing of Miao ethnic group in Xiangxi: First,it is necessary to recognize the unique and primitive characteristics of Miao ethnic group in Xiangxi.Second,it should not be designed too much to reshape the original appearance.The purpose of design practice is not to copy historical clothing,but to develop new and more marketable but appropriately combined with innovative works.Third,from the reality,from the characteristics of children’s clothing,the design of practical wear and ethnic cultural connotation of fashion children’s clothing.The results of practical research show that the traditional handicraft of Miao picking flowers in Xiangxi can be integrated with modern design and children’s clothing,so that children can understand traditional culture and enhance cultural self-confidence from an early age.This research and exploration is also the study and excavation of the Miao people in Xiangxi,the continuation of its cultural and material sustainability,only continuous practice and innovation,can better inheritance and development.
