Coupling Relationship Between Industrial Ecological Development And Ecological Environmet In Jiangxi Province

Marxism emphasizes that man’s all-round development is realized in the harmonious coexistence of man,nature and society.In modern society,industry is the driving force of social progress and development.Industrial development needs to consume natural resources,and the process of resource consumption will cause damage to the ecological environment.However,industrial development and the ecological environment are not antagonistic contradictions.There is a mutually dependent and interactive relationship between the two.The coordinated development of both parties can be achieved by means of development strategies and technological levels,so as to achieve a good ecological environment and resource-promoting industries.With further development,the ecological development of industry provides funds and technical support for ecological environmental protection,and builds a virtuous circle between industrial development and the ecological environment.As a central province with relatively backward economic development,Jiangxi’s economic development speed has been rapidly increased in recent years,and the industrial structure has also been gradually optimized.However,there are still some problems: the high proportion of agriculture and the high proportion of industry lead to low proportion of the tertiary industry and The number of high-tech enterprises is small,and the output value is low;the green advantage and natural resource advantage are outstanding,but the conversion rate is not high.How to implement the national green development policy and the policy call for high-quality development,but also realize the rise of the central region and catch up with the east is a major topic that needs to be discussed.The development of industrial ecology is the current government and academia generally recognized industrial development.The scientific path provides ideas for solving the development problems of Jiangxi Province.Based on the background of green development,this article takes the relationship between the ecologicalization of industries and the ecological environment in Jiangxi Province as the research object.Based on agricultural data,there are many missing problems.The main research is the secondary and tertiary industries of the city.The paper’s writing background and significance,domestic and foreign industrial development related research review and evaluation methods used in the research,technology roadmap are put in the introduction part.The second chapter is theoretical analysis,involving the theories of industrial development and ecological environment,including ecological economics theory,circular economics theory,sustainable development theory and ecological Marxism.In addition,it also analyzes the mechanism between industry and ecological environment.,Demonstrating the coupling relationship between the two,to improve the theoretical basis for the subsequent research.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the historical stage of the development of industrial ecologicalization in Jiangxi Province and the optimization of industrial structure and outstanding resource advantages in industrial development.However,there are problems with irrational industrial layout and low conversion rate of resource advantages.This provides an empirical study in Chapter 4.support.Chapter 4 is the empirical research of the article.First,the coupling model is explained and the industrial ecologicalization level evaluation index system is constructed.The relevant data from 2006-2016 are selected from the data.Secondly,based on the system,the coupling coordination model is used to measure Jiangxi Province as a whole The degree of coordination between industrial efficiency and ecological efficiency,and finally,at the spatial level,cluster analysis is used to specifically analyze the level of industrial ecologicalization in 11 cities in Jiangxi Province.The research results show that the overall level of industrial ecologicalization in Jiangxi Province is low,and the improvement is slow,the industrial foundation of each city is weak,and the development of homogeneity is significant.Although the ecological efficiency and industrial efficiency have reached a barely coordinated level by 2016,the degree is low.Chapter 5 puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the empirical results in Chapter 4.Firstly,it is proposed to improve the technological capabilities of the secondary industry,increase the proportion of the service industry,and optimize the structure of the tertiary industry;secondly,increase investment in scientific research and improve Jiangxi through technological innovation.The ability to transform the province ’ s green advantages;the last is to build an industrial ecological park with a complete industrial chain and agglomeration effect,and at the same time enhance Nanchang’s status as an industrial center city in the provincial capital.The innovation and shortcomings of the article are analyzed in the last part,and the perspectives that can be improved in the future are put forward for the shortcomings.
