Study On Measurement Of Industrial Ecological Efficiency In Shandong Province

Since reform and opening up,China has exerted a series of pressure on the environment at the same time of rapid economic development.How to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution while maintaining the steady development of industry has become an urgent problem for China.Ecological efficiency,considering the unification of economic efficiency and environmental benefit,reflects the relationship between industrial development and environment,and is an important index to measure the development of regional eco-economy.At present,the industrialization process of Shandong Province is in the middle stage.Based on this reality,this paper focuses on the analysis of industrial ecological efficiency of Shandong Province on the basis of reviewing the related theories of ecological efficiency.First of all,the analysis of the level of industrial ecological development in Shandong.In this paper,the industrial ecosystem is considered to be formed by the interaction of energy,output and environment.The comprehensive expression and interaction among the three systems are regarded as the ecological development level of the system.Based on the coupled and coordinated development model,the coupling results among energy,output and environment are comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the development of energy,output and environment in Shandong Province is not coordinated,and the industrial ecological efficiency is low.Secondly,based on the DEA efficiency model,the industrial ecological efficiency of various industries and regions in Shandong Province is deeply analyzed.The results show that in Shandong Province,first,the overall industrial ecological efficiency is low,the DEA efficiency of most industries is ineffective,and the industrial ecological efficiency of the central region is relatively low,second,the overall industrial ecological efficiency increases slowly,but the heavy industrial ecological efficiency increases rapidly;Third,the promotion of industrial ecological efficiency is mainly driven by technological progress,and the scale expansion and organization and management level have little effect on the improvement of ecological efficiency.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant measures to improve the industrial ecological efficiency of Shandong from the macroscopic,mesoscopic and microcosmic angles.It lays a foundation for speeding up the promotion of industrial ecological efficiency,realizing the development of circular economy within and among industries,and optimizing the coordinated development of industry and ecosystem in Shandong Province.
