| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and motorization,people’s transportation needs in work and life continue to increase,which has also caused a series of increasingly severe urban traffic congestion,traffic resource occupation,fossil energy consumption and environmental pollution problem.Unprecedented social economy,resource and environmental pressures have placed higher requirements on the development model of urban transportation.The development of urban green transportation is not only an important way to solve urban transportation problems,but also an inevitable choice for achieving sustainable urban development.It has become a national priority Hot issues that scholars pay attention to.At present,the research achievements of green transportation are rich,mainly focusing on the connotation characteristics,evaluation research,policy planning,etc.,that is,the main content of green transportation system research is discussed around the three perspectives of "what,how,and how to do".However,the relationship and influence rules of many influencing factors in the process of urban green transportation development are still not clear.The evaluation index system of urban green transportation development established in the past is few and theoretically insufficient.Therefore,a systematic analysis of the degree of influence among the influencing factors of urban green transportation development,screening of evaluation indicators based on key influencing factors,and building a set of scientific,reasonable,and applicable appraisal index systems based on this,will further discover urban green transportation development laws and the development of urban green transportation have important practical significance.This article first analyzes the concepts and connotations of green transportation,and elaborates the theoretical basis of green transportation from the perspectives of sustainable development theory,resource scarcity theory,and externality theory,and summarizes the development goals and implementation methods of urban green transportation.Provide a theoretical basis for the systematic study of urban green transportation development.Secondly,it analyzes the development process of urban green transportation based on PSR model theory,and identifies and selects 24 influential factors from three levels of pressure,status,and response.Using the DEMATEL-ISM method to build a multi-level hierarchical structure model of urban green transportation development,the impact mechanism of urban green transportation development is analyzed from three aspects: impact level,impact path and impact degree.Then,according to the principles of evaluation index system construction,combined with the selection method of evaluation indexes,primary selection of indexes,and the selection of indexes through the expert consultation method,the evaluation index system framework based on the PSR model has established a set of scientific,reasonable and highly applicable cities Evaluation index system for green transportation development.Finally,empirical research is conducted with Chongqing as the research object,data of evaluation indicators are collected,and the weight of evaluation indicators is calculated using entropy weight method.The concept of green transportation development index is introduced.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the development level of green transportation in Chongqing.The PSR index,P index,S index and R index comprehensively analyze the evaluation results from multiple angles,with a view to providing a reference for the development of green transportation in Chongqing. |
