The research on urban non-point source(NPS)pollution control and low impact development(LID)of China started more later than other developed countries,lacking the effectiveness evaluation method of urban NPS pollution control and LID technology.So we need to establish an evaluation system of urban NPS control and LID technology which is suitable for the characteristics of our country.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research literature and technology of NPS pollution,this paper constructs the evaluation system of urban NPS pollution control and LID technology,also carries on the empirical study through the engineering case.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:In the first part,a bibliometric analysis was conducted to examine the progress and future research trends of urban NPS pollution.The results show that water researeh,eombination of "3S" technology and NPS models,research on agricultural and urban NPS pollution and the impact of soil and land use change on NPS pollution will be the focuses and trend of future research in this field.In the second part,the domestic and foreign mature technology of urban NPS pollution control and LID were analyzed,including the construction,advantages and disadvantages,and finally determine the applicability of each technology.In the third part,this paper conducts an evaluation study on urban NPS pollution control and LID technology.First of all,according to the technonlogy characteristics and combining with the indicator screening principle,the paper establishes the techlogical evaluation index system of urban NPS pollution and LID.Based on the techlogical evaluation index system of urban NPS pollution and LID,this paper establishes two models used far technonlogy evaluate of urban NPS pollution and LID.One model is the multi-criteria group decision model constructed by combining AHP with system clustering.The other model is multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model constructed by combining multi-criteria group decision model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,according to the techlogical evaluation index system,the paper establishes the standards of evaluation.In the fourth part,based on the case of demonstration project of LID in Beijing Future Science and Technology City,this paper makes an empirical study on the seven typical LID techniques in the demonstration project by using the established evaluation index system and the evaluation model.The evaluation results of the two models are roughly the same that rainwater wetland,bioretention and sinking green land are three kinds of technologies with good comprehensive application effect,which shows that the scientific and rationality of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model.
