Land use is an important link connecting nature and human activities.It can not only change the way of human production and life,but also have corresponding impacts on the ecosystem.The healthy development of the city should pay attention to its ecological function while effectively playing the land bearing function.After the reform and opening up,the rapid process of urbanization in China has driven the change and development of land use,bringing about a series of ecological and environmental problems,which has posed a severe threat to the continuous use of land and human development.This land use mode at the cost of ecological environment needs to be changed.Therefore,studying the coupling relationship between land use and ecological environment and urgting the two to develop in coordination is of great significance for optimizing the land structure,promoting the balanced operation of the ecosystem,and realizing regional revitalization.Guided by relevant theories,this paper summarizes the previous research methods on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,takes land use and ecological environment as the starting point,and according to the actual situation of Northeast China,selects the data of land use and ecological environment indicators from 2008 to 2018,and constructs the evaluation system of coupling relationship between them.The global principal component analysis method and entropy TOPSIS method are used to calculate the land use status and ecological environment quality of each province and prefecture level city respectively.With the help of coupling coordination degree model and GM(1,1)grey system prediction model,the coupling coordination level of regional land use and ecological environment is judged,and then the later development trend of coordination dispatching is predicted.Based on the results and the analysis of the stage change,spatial difference and aggregation degree of coordination index,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the synchronous development of urban ecological environment level and land use efficiency in Northeast China are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2008 to 2018,the level of urban land use in Northeast China increased steadily,but it was always in the state of medium low value,with significant regional differences.The comprehensive benefit of land use in Liaoning Province is generally high,and the level of land use in edge cities such as Baicheng,Qiqihar and Jixi is backward.The quality of urban ecological environment in the three northeastern provinces declined slightly,the average annual eco-environmental index is Jilin >Heilongjiang > Liaoning.The eco-environmental level of Benxi and Daqing is in the leading position.The eco-environmental quality of Anshan and Chaoyang needs to be improved.According to the index comparison of the two systems of land use and ecological environment,34 prefecture level cities failed to achieve the ideal synchronous development.The lag of land use level is the main factor that limits the degree of regional coordination.(2)The overall coupling degree of urban land use and ecological environment in Northeast China is relatively high,with an average annual index of 0.8535.Among them,the coupling degree of Liaoning Province shows a fluctuating downward trend,Heilongjiang Province is "stable with an increase",and Jilin Province has the most significant increase in coupling degree.The coupling degree values of Suihua and Qiqihar are in the running-in stage,and the coupling degree between land use and ecological environment in Anshan is the highest.The coordination degree of regional land use and ecological environment shows the time series change characteristics of upward fluctuation.The coordination type develops from the verge of imbalance to primary coordination,and the spatial distribution pattern of coordination degree presents the trend of "low in the north and high in the South".During the study period,Benxi had the largest increase in coordination degree,while the coordination level in Heihe continued to decrease.The central part of Liaoning Province was a highly coordinated urban agglomeration area,and the coordination degree of land use and ecological environment of the cities on the east and west sides was weak.(3)According to the exploratory spatial data analysis,the coordination degree of urban land use and ecological environment in 2013 showed an obvious spatial positive correlation aggregation trend,and the aggregation degree was slightly weakened in2018.Daqing belongs to H-L polarization cluster area.The cold spot area takes Qitaihe as the center and gradually expands to the northeast,while the hot spot area covers the central and coastal cities of Liaoning Province.According to the calculation results of GM(1,1)grey prediction model,the coordination level of urban land use and ecological environment in Northeast China will gradually improve from 2019 to 2022,and the coordination type will transition from primary coordination to intermediate coordination.Finally,combining the regional development situation,propose optimization countermeasures from three aspects.
