Spatial Optimization Of Land Use Based On Coordinated Development Between Ecological Environment And Social Economy

Land resources are the basic carrier for human production and life,The development of ecological environment and socio-economic are the two main aspects of land utilization,The coordinated development of ecological environment and social economy is use land resources in a scientific,rational and effective way,and is also the basic requirements for regional sustainable development.The landscape pattern analysis,spatial analysis and coupled coordination analysis was used to analyse the land use status and the level of coordinated development in land utilize of Guanghan City,the coordinated development level was used to Partitioning the Guanghan City,and to optimize the land use space and table development proposals from the perspective of each partition.The main work and conclusion of this dissertation are as following:(1)The differences of land resources and reasonable land use structure in Guanghan City had a direct impact on the coordinated development of land use ecological environment and social economy.Cultivated land resources were widely distributed in,the lowest distribution of cultivated land was the town of Luo,which was 23.69 hm2;Forest land resources were mainly distributed in the town of Lianshan and the town of Songlin,which was 577.55hm2 and 280.79 hm2;The town of Luo、Xiaohan and Xinfeng were distributed large construction land and the pressure on the land of these towns was greater;The comprehensive index,diversification index,dominance index and evenness index of Guanghan were 311.51,0.56,1.18 and 0.52;The highest of land use degree index was the town of Luo,which was 374.84,the lowest was the town of Jinyu,which was 296.25;The highest of land use diversity index was the town of Sonlin,which was0.69,the lowest was the town of Luo,which was 0.20;The highest of dominance index was the town of Xinglong,which was 1.67,the lowest was the town of Sonlin,whichwas 0.97;The highest of evenness index was the town of Lianshan,which was 1.67,the lowest was the town of Luo,which was 0.97;Cultivated land change to construction land was the main way of land use change of Guanghan,and mainly occurred in the town of Xiaohan,Beiwai,Xinping and Xiangyang.(2)The coordination level of ecological environment and social and economic development of land use in Guanghan City was low,and the difference between the township was obvious.The level of Guanghan was in the transitional development stage,and was mainly divided into reluctantly coordinated ecological environment lagging type,reluctantly coordinated social and economic lagging type,mildly unbalanced social and economic lag,the brink of imbalance and the ecological environment lagging behind and the imbalanced social and economic lag.the coordination level of land use could be promoted from transition to coordinated development level through the optimal allocation of land use.(3)The city of Guanghan was divided into fragile ecological environment,ecological environment decline zone,social economic stagnation area and socio-economic backward area based on the coordinated development level,and optimized from the 4 partitions.The forest land increased by 16.57 hm2,the grassland increased by 182.71 hm2,the water area increased by 66.34 hm2 and the garden area increased by 2.70 hm2 in the zone of fragile ecological environment;The forest land increased by 244.79 hm2,the cultivated land increased by 353.46 hm2 and the garden increased by 10.59 hm2 in the zone of ecological environment decline;The scenic and recreation facilities land increased by 40.07 hm2,the urban construction land increased by 404.58hm2,the cultivated land increased by 259.19hm2 in the zone of social economic stagnation area;The cultivated land increased by 179.22 hm2,the urban construction land increased by 294.23 hm2,the transportation land increased by 18.51hm2 and the agricultural land increased by 10.59 hm2 in the zone of socio-economic backward area.(4)The optimized land use structure was conducive to the coordinated development of land ecological environment and social economy.The land use structure of Guanghan City was optimized,the land use index rose from 311.51 to 311.73,the diversification index rose from 0.56 to 0.57,the dominance index decreased from 1.18 to 1.15,and the evenness index increased from 0.52 to 0.54.
