Lean production is a kind of production which is to streamline all useless things of production process for the purpose,and eventually achieve elimination of all waste and establish a continuous process.Lean improvement,based on value stream optimization,with value stream map as tool,after drawing the status of value stream map of enterprise,analysis it to find out the present problem,to eliminate problem,reduce costs,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.Based on value stream,take L company TCFQ production line as the research object,firstly,collecting the material flow and information flow of TCFQ products to draw the current value stream of TCFQ product line.Combined with the production site,analyzing the production process,equipment capacity,workshop layout and production management mode of TCFQ products,to find out the non-value added links.Secondly,guided by the theories of SMED,Systematic Layout Planning,implementing MES system,standardized operation improvement,quality management improvement to design the optimization plan,not only improve the equipment capacity,solve the problems that the inventory information cannot be queried and the quality information cannot be traced,but also make the production operation system clear to meet the changing market demand.Through the improvement,production capacity of Separator increased by 406000 ㎡/month,production capacity of Coating Separator increased by 1716000 ㎡/month,packaging staff reduced by93%,the logistics distance shortened by 423 m,and the production cycle shortened by 26%,solving the problems of bruise,delamination and failure to meet the quality tracing requirements of customers’ products that have puzzled the enterprise for a long time,and,it also improves the response speed of orders and the ability of customers to respond to changes in demand.Through the optimization of separator production line to study how Chinese enterprises use the value flow chart to find the problems existing in the production site,and based on the existing theory to find ways to improve,so as to optimize the value flow and achieve lean production.
