With the development of society,China's economy has entered a new normal.The industrial structure on the supply side has been rapidly adjusted and upgraded,the main social contradictions have changed,and the halo of "high investment and high return" and " demographic dividend" has gradually faded.Made in China is facing more and more serious challenges.As a critical path in the management innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,lean production plays an increasingly important role in promoting social development and enterprise progress.Under pressure from itself and the outside,the enterprise management personnel also gradually realized the strategic significance of lean production promotion.Since the 1980 s,domestic enterprises have gradually introduced lean production.However,the popularity and application of lean production in China is not ideal in the past 30 years.One of the key factors causing this situation is that the enterprise overemphasizes the improvement effect brought to the enterprise by lean implementation and ignores the construction of lean capability in the process of implementing lean production.At the same time,the theoretical circle cannot provide tools and methods suitable for the analysis and construction of enterprise's own lean ability.First of all,this paper constructs a "process-oriented" lean capability model through literature research and combined with many years of lean promotion experience.The model consists of three capability elements,including lean consciousness,personnel capability and organizational capability.At the same time,according to the constitution of the capacity model,this paper introduces the management concepts of capacity building such as "lean capacity ramp ball theory" and "closed loop management".Based on the study of these management methods,it further proposes a lean capacity building model.It divides capacity-building into four stages,including capacity-building planning stage,capacity-building implementation stage,capacity evaluation stage and capacity improvement stage.At the same time,according to the model,the current situation of lean capacity building of KS will be analyzed and diagnosed,and the existing prominent problems will be identified,and the corresponding solutions and safeguard mechanism will be formulated for the prominent problems.Finally,this paper takes the Lean Capacity Building Project of KS Company as the application of theoretical research on Lean Capacity Building Model,which verifies the feasibility of the model.
