Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste

At present,our country is at the end of the year of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the rural economy has already developed greatly,the material living standard has also greatly improved,but the following problems are also increasing,it including the types and quantity of rural domestic waste.Promoting the treatment of rural domestic waste in an all-round way is the top priority in improving the rural living environment.It is the realistic need to build a clean home and improve people’s happiness index.It is also a hundred-year plan to benefit future generations and achieve sustainable development.The national rural domestic waste treatment work to promote the on-site meeting put forward we should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the treatment of rural domestic waste and the promotion of garbage classification,promote the improvement of the rural domestic waste collection and transportation system,speed up the pilot work of rural domestic waste classification,and establish a long-term treatment mechanism.However,there are still some problems in rural life in China,including: garbage classification work still needs to be improved,there is no power in source classification,lack of help outside,the collection and transportation system of middle end domestic waste has not been formed,the treatment system of end domestic waste is not perfect,the source of capital investment for domestic waste treatment is single,the supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,and the multi-subject treatment function is not fully used,and so on.The article takes the governance theory and the new public service theory as the breakthrough point,through exploring measures to improve the level of villagers’ autonomy,introduce intelligent rural construction,broaden the access channels of market funds,strengthen the source classification,and so on,to solve the main problems existing in the process of rural domestic waste treatment,improve the efficiency of treatment,establish a long-term mechanism to help rural domestic waste treatment continuously achieve new results.Taking the governance theory and the new public service theory as the foundation,using the methods of literature analysis and field investigation,the author takes the T town of S county as the research object,through analyzing the present situation of rural domestic waste treatment in T town of Henan province,discusses the problems existing in the process of rural domestic waste treatment and the causes of the problems.The article is divided into five parts: The first part of the introduction,including the research background and significance,related literature review,theoretical tools and methods,research ideas,innovation points and deficiencies.The second part of the article rural domestic waste treatment theory analysis,including rural domestic waste treatment overview,rural domestic waste treatment content and rural domestic waste treatment significance;The third part is the current situation of rural domestic waste management in T town,including the basic situation of T town,the basic situation of rural domestic waste management in T town,and the effectiveness of rural domestic waste management in T town;The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and causes of rural domestic waste treatment in T town;The fifth part is the path choice of rural domestic waste treatment in China,and finally the conclusion of the article points out the urgency and necessity of rural domestic waste treatment.
