Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid construction and development of highway infrastructure in the western region,the number of continuously growing downhill sections has also increased.Although the traffic safety situation in China has been improved to some extent,the traffic safety situation on long and downhill sections is still not optimistic,and the overall operation risk is relatively high.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the risk assessment and risk control technology for long and downhill traffic safety.Based on the relevant research results of risk theory and the research characteristics of road traffic system,this paper studies the connotation of traffic safety risks for long-downhill,the generation mechanism of traffic safety risks for long-downhill,and the classification of traffic safety risks source for long-downhill.According to the structure of the main risk sources identified by classification,the weighted approximation of the ideal solution ranking method(TOPSIS)was used to quantitatively rank the importance of each sub-risk source,and the structure of the key risk sources of traffic safety risks for growing downhill was obtained.The indicators for risk assessment of long-term downhill traffic safety were established,and an index system for risk assessment of long-term downhill traffic safety was constructed.Aiming at this comprehensive evaluation index system and applying the basic method of risk assessment,a fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method of traffic safety risks for long and downhill slopes is proposed,a three-level fuzzy comprehensive model is established,and the method and model are verified through engineering examples.Based on the evaluation level of traffic safety risk for growing downhill and the manager’s acceptability of different risk levels,risk control technologies were formulated by three aspects.There are active protection,passive protection and traffic management,each focusing on growing downhill at different risk levels.As a result,a library of risk control technologies for long and downhill traffic safety was formed.
