| With the rapid development of economy in our country,the mountainous area highway mileage and traffic volume are increased significantly.The traffic safety situation of mountain expressway is increasingly severe,and the frequent traffic accidents seriously threaten people’s life and property safety.At present,the research on highway traffic safety in mountainous areas mainly focuses on the traditional safety evaluation,accident cause analysis and emergency treatment,while the research on the risk status of highway infrastructure is less,with obvious hysteresis.This paper starts from the mountain expressway with the most serious traffic safety problems,and focuses on the prevention of serious and serious traffic accidents and life protection of people on the basis of luolan expressway,Sanxilan expressway,Zhenglu expressway and other expressways in the western mountain area of Henan Province.It studies the technology of highway design,traffic safety facilities setting,highway safety operation management,road traffic guarantee under bad meteorological conditions,construction area safety management,traffic accident risk assessment and so on.Through the statistical analysis of the traffic accident data of mountain highways in the recent three years,this paper analyzes the traffic accident data of mountain highways.Get the time distribution characteristic of the highway traffic accidents,weather conditions,distribution features sections,the distribution features of the formation and distribution.Together with the present situation of mountain area highway traffic safety,terrain,climate and geographical features,from the disaster weather,running environment,safety protection facilities from three aspects,analyzes the main factors affecting mountain highway traffic safety.Based on the traffic safety risk level and spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the mountain expressway network,the interaction between traffic safety and factors such as the conditions of the mountain expressway infrastructure and traffic operation characteristics was studied.Based on the data of the mountain expressway infrastructure,traffic operation and traffic accident,the quantitative relationship between the evaluation index and the incidence and severity of traffic accident was studied.Finally,a quantitative evaluation model of the traffic safety risk of the mountain expressway network was established which integrated traffic accident,facility and traffic operation indexes.Through the formation of the expressway in mountainous area are studied in this project for science and technology of security risk assessment method,on the basis of the safety risk assessment analysis of mountainous highway,and targeted to upgrade safety facilities,improve road traffic safety,reduce the incidence of traffic accidents.Application of the project research results,can significantly reduce the mountainous area highway vehicle mortality,reduce major workplace accidents happen.It is of great economic and social significance to improve people’s livelihood and ensure the unimpeded expressway network. |
