Research On Safety Risk Identification And Control Plan Of Gas Well In Xu Shen Gas Field

Since the development of the Xu Shen gas field,the company has combed and investigated the hidden wells in the gas field,and found that there are different degrees of safety risk in 34 wells,the main problem is the leakage of the wellhead or the pressure existence in the intermediate casing.How to assess the safety of these gas wells before the occurrence of major problems,do a good job of prevention measures,prevent the occurrence of emergencies,and ensure the safe and stable production of the gas field,is a subject that must be studied at presentIn this article,we research and application the method of obtaining intermediate casing pressure,determines the manner of pressure relief in the intermediate casing,analyzes the main risk categories of natural gas wells in Xu Shen gas field,makes clear the method of implementing annulus pressure control in the field,identify the risk of the development well include which developed from evaluation well into a development well.Through these research and analysis,we have determined the safety risk identification method of gas well in Xu Shen gas field.Risk analysis method is put forward,auxiliary technology and analysis,points out that the technical information necessary to risk analysis,gas well downhole string stress analysis and safety evaluation,and set up the wellbore safety assessment system,so as to make gas well safety risk assessment..The weight calculation method of the risk evaluation index is stud ied and the main factors affecting the safety of wellbore and wellhead in Xu Shen gas field are analyzed through the early risk well,and the preliminary treatment technology scheme of the risk well is formed.The risk well identification and management technology are applied to carry out the management of the risk well,and four kinds of high risk well management technology are formed.
