Feasibility Study On Project Of XX Wetland Park In Xinjiang

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up for more than 40 years,China’s economy has continued to maintain rapid growth,and strengthening ecological civilization construction is one of the important strategic plans for our country’s economic development.The construction of ecological civilization is not only the basic embodiment which is the harmonious coexistence between nature and man,but also an inevitable choice for achieving sustainable development in China.Wetland park is an important part of urban ecological civilization construction,and its development will further promote the development process of ecological civilization,and gradually become an important measure to carry out the ecological civilization construction.In this article,through the case of Xinjiang XX Wetland Park project and based on the basic situation of the project,industrial development planning,market demand,construction necessity and related theoretical knowledge and data analysis methods of feasibility study,this paper studies and analyzes the feasibility of Xinjiang XX Wetland Park project.First of all,through the analysis and study of the general situation,market demand and development planning of Xinjiang XX Wetland Park project,the necessity of the construction of this wetland park project is further discussed.Secondly,through the use of the PESTEL analysis model from the political,economic,social,technical,environmental protection,legal aspects of the project construction and operation of environmental effect to conduct detailed research and analysis,focusing on the feasibility analysis of macroeconomic and pollutant control and other influencing factors,and it is concluded that the national policy,law,economic development and the change of consumption concept all provide the support and lay the foundation for the feasibility of the project.Then,through the use of financial related theoretical knowledge to analyze and study the total investment estimation,financial data,profitability,break-even balance and sensitivity of the project,and finally draw conclusions on the feasibility of project economic benefits,social benefits,environmental benefits and ecological benefits.Finally,by identifying,estimating and analyzing the potential risks of the project,various measures for preventing and reducing potential risks are proposed.In conclusion,this paper puts forward the necessity of the construction of Xinjiang XX Wetland Park by analyzing the environment,capital and risk of the project in detail,and demonstrated the feasibility of Xinjiang XX Wetland Park project in policy,environmental,economic,ecology and other aspects,and provides a reference for the investment and construction of similar projects.
