Study On Ecological Protection And Utilization Of Xixi Wetland Park

Most of the wetland park construction in our country adopts the mode of government investment,and the park construction is in a difficult situation.The largescale investment construction of wetland park project will aggravate the local government’s financial burden.At the same time,there has been pressure on growing government debt.Because of this,most urban wetlands in China are regarded as a "burden" by urban managers,which affects the construction of wetland parks and the implementation of wetland protection.According to the important role of wetland in environmental protection and the difficulty in implementing wetland construction in a large number of areas in China,this paper studies the ecological protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park by using literature method,case analysis method and investigation method,and makes a study on the ecological protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park.Describe its planning and construction,analyze the typical achievements and experiences in the construction of wetland parks in other areas to provide ideas for the protection and utilization of reference;Based on the present situation of Xixi Wetland Park,this paper analyzes the problems in the planning and protection of Xixi Wetland Park and puts forward some improvement strategies to promote the further planning and construction of Xixi Wetland Park,reflecting the practical value of the study,and realizing the rich and sustainable development of this study.The function of the theoretical system of the study of the wetland park.Through the research,this paper infrastructure and software management,is gradually formed.The ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit of the protection and utilization of the Xixi Wetland Park are realized.(2)according to the practice of ecological protection and utilization of Hangzhou Wetland Park,this paper further analyzes the connotation of ecological protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park,and puts forward that its composition is mainly based on the development of ecological-oriented urban wetland park.With the help of the structural characteristics of the circle layer,the functional planning of scenic spots from inside to outside is formed,and then the existing pattern of wetland parks is formed through the arrangement of urban spatial structure in groups.In the ecological protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park,it shows that the international tourism complex can maximize the utilization of resources,promote the sustainable development of Xixi Wetland Park by dynamic utilization and protection,and pay attention to all kinds of benefits of Xixi Wetland Park.The comprehensive realization of the three basic features.(3)through the protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park,the following experiences can be drawn: firstly,in the protection and utilization of Xixi Wetland Park,we should pay attention to planning first,pay attention to the Park;the management system’s drawbacks affecting the management effectiveness of Xixi Wetland Park,the high potential risk due to Wetland Park management to be improved,the imperfect intelligent function service,and the effective construction of Internet scenic spots.These problems are caused by imperfect consciousness of protection and utilization of wetland park,unclear property right,lack of social participation,insufficient construction of information technology platform and so on.Based on the above problems and reasons,in Xixi in the protection and utilization of wetland parks,we should further improve the direction of wetland protection,promote the national and regional wetland management legislation,clarify property rights,and establish a good management model and cooperation mechanism.Introduce diversified social and market participation to improve the management level of Xixi Wetland Park,perfect the construction of platform and implement intelligent service in an all-round way.
