Research On Emergency Management For Production Safety Emergencies In S City

With the rapidly development of the national economy,a large number of casualties and heavy economic losses are caused by the frequent occurrence of safety production emergencies every year in our country,which seriously restricts the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the national economy.Responding to production safety emergencies has become an important task of government departments.Strengthening the emergency management of production safety emergencies has become an important part of maintaining the healthy development of enterprises,ensuring the overall stability of regional public order,and people living and working in peace and contentment.The emergency management system in my country is "one case,three systems",including emergency response plans,systems,mechanisms,and legal systems.This paper uses crisis management theory,security system theory,and public governance theory to focus on the current emergency management "one case,three systems" system construction in S city,and adopts literature analysis,case analysis methods to analyze the situation in S city.The current situation of production safety emergency management and actual accidents in various fields were researched and analyzed,and it was found that some problemin the process of emergency management,such as low professional quality of emergency management personnel,low level of emergency response capabilities,inadequate implementation of the enterprise safety responsibility,and low social governance and public participation.These factors Restricted the development of emergency management in City S.Therefore,this article combines the above-mentioned theoretical methods to put forward a series of optimization suggestions.perfecting the talent guarantee mechanism,strengthening the construction of emergency capacity system,improving the efficiency of government supervision,and guiding social governance and public participation.Provide reference opinions for the emergency management of production safety emergencies in S city and other local governments,so as to comprehensively improve the emergency management level of local production safety emergencies,and achieve the purpose of controlling and reducing the occurrence of production safety emergencies.
