Research On Emergency Management Of Production Safety In Y City

With the continuous development of China’s economy,all kinds of emergency management problems in production safety are also occurring frequently.General Secretary Xi Jinping have stressed many times that emergency management of production safety is an important part of the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity.We should give full play to China’s institutional advantages and vigorously promote the development of comprehensive emergency management capacity of production safety to modernization.The party’s 20th National Congress report also pointed out that we should adhere to safety first and give priority to prevention,and establish a framework for large-scale security and emergency response.In order to further enhance the government’s ability to deal with emergency accidents,fundamentally curb the occurrence of work safety accidents,and reduce the accident losses and injuries caused by emergency accidents,we can continue to improve the disaster prevention,reduction and relief capabilities of the whole society and ensure social security and stability by improving the emergency response capabilities of government departments,the management capabilities of enterprises,and the rescue capabilities of the public.At present,there are many problems in the emergency management of safety production at the grass-roots level in our country,such as insufficient professional ability of personnel,incomplete reform of organization,imperfect technical support and so on.The study of work safety emergency management is of great significance to improve the comprehensive ability of work safety emergency management at the grass-roots level and achieve the goal of safety and stability.This article takes Y city as the research object,mainly adopts the literature research method,Case Analysis Method,questionnaire survey method and so on,has used the public governance theory,the coordinated governance theory and the entire process emergency management theory,this paper analyzes the present situation of emergency management of work safety in Y city,and summarizes the achievements of emergency management of work safety in Y city.This includes continuously improving the emergency management system for work safety,continuously improving the system and mechanisms,carrying out in-depth special rectification,making solid progress in the comprehensive treatment of dangerous chemicals,making every effort to prevent all kinds of potential risks and dangers,and reducing the number of work safety accidents and deaths.At the same time,it points out that the system risk of emergency management in Y city is still outstanding,the information level of industry supervision is not high,and the guarantee of emergency personnel is not enough.In the light of the concrete problems,this paper conducts a deep-level research and analysis,and comes to the conclusion that the security concept is not deep enough,the technical support is not yet mature,and the personnel team construction is not perfect,combined with advanced experience at home and abroad and in developed regions,in view of Y city,this paper puts forward eight concrete suggestions in four aspects,such as further strengthening the construction of supervision capacity,strengthening the informationization construction of emergency management,strengthening the construction of emergency management strength,innovating the mode of supervision and law enforcement,etc.,it is of guiding significance to the practice of emergency management of work safety in Y city,and also of enlightening significance to other similar areas.
