Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has made remarkable achievements,but much of our economic success has been achieved at the expense of the environment in the past.In recent years,the problem of domestic environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent,however,with the national attention to environmental protection and the people’s awareness of environmental protection gradually strengthened.Environmental protection industry ushered in a development period of "once-in-a-lifetime".All over the country are increasing investment in the field of environmental protection,but the market competition of environmental protection industry is more and more intense.As an environmental protection enterprise,must be striving to accelerate development,improve the level of enterprise management,improve the quality of management staff,these things are pressing ahead of the enterprise and extremely urgent,at present,the management mode of environmental protection industry is still relatively backward,in terms of the industry as a whole,very few companies have built leadership models.This thesis attempts to build a leadership model for middle managers in A company,based on the study of leadership and leadership models,focus on middle-level managements,through the research and analysis of the existing middle-level managers recruitment management,selection and appointment,evaluation and assessment,training and development,salary incentive problems and challenges,middle-level management leadership problems,therefore,the thesis puts forward the ideas,principles and implementation process of building middle-level management leadership model in A company.In the process of building leadership models,the use of senior executive interviews,questionnaire research,focus group discussion,cultural interpretation,benchmarking reference,from the three parts of business leadership,organizational level,team and individual,to define,classify,grade,describe key points of leadership quality of middle managers,established the leadership model of middle-level managers in the company finally.The model is mainly composed of seven quality factors: prospective planning,customer achievement,innovation,coordination and win-win,efficient organization,driving team,and success belief.Based on the leadership model of middle-level managers,through a series of evaluation methods and analysis research,construction of leadership evaluation system for middle-level managers,through the evaluation,we know the level and working ability of each person in the middle-level management,to meet the needs of the company.The evaluation results are applied to the recruitment management,selection and appointment,evaluation and assessment,training development and salary incentive of middle-level managers,and strive to explore a new talent management model suitable for the strategic development of the company. |
